You can acquire the mob drops for Sparkle by defeating various Memory Zone Meme enemies in Penacony. These are usually found in the Dreamscape version of the map, and you can identify them with their purple color. You can also get these materials by farming some Calyx on the sa💦me map🥀.
Moreover, Dream Flamers can be acquired by fighting the Shape of Roast Stagnant Shadow in the Dream's Edge area. If you don't have this area unlocke༒d, you can temporarily acce✤ss this Stagnant Shadow when Sparkle or any other character that requires its drops is featured on the character banner.
