168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Honkai: Star Rail has done something nobod🎃y expected by giving Dr. Ratio for free to celebrate the awards they received. You can only get this character for free until the 2.1 update, but you get to keep him for a lifetime if you claim him within this tim꧅e.

♚ Honkai: Star Rail - Best Builds And Light Cones For Ruan🍬 Mei
Ru𒀰an Mei is one of the strongest limited characters in Honkai: Star Rail, and here's every🔯thing you need to know about her build.
Dr. Ratio is an Imaginary unit following the path of The Hunt. He relies on follow-up attack﷽s as his main source of damage, but the flexibility in his teams and overall requirements make him quite easy to build.
Best Dr. Ratio Relics And Planar Ornaments
Once you claim Dr. Ratio, if you've already reached the endgame of Honkai: Star Rail, the first thing you'd want to put on him are the Relics. These are the main sources for your HP, ATK,ജ and Crit bo🀅ost. You can get some unique buffs for stacking a certain type of pieces on Dr. Ratio, and here are the best ones:
Type |
Name |
Reason For Synergy With Dr. Ratio |
---|---|---|
Relics |
Wastelander of Banditry Desert |
This set gives Dr. Ratio a ten percent Crit Rate for free while attacking an enemy with a debuff, which goes along very well with his kit.🥀 This can reduce the amount of Crit you need to build on his Rel📖ic stats. Other than that, it'll also give you a 20 percent Crit DMG bonus against Imprisoned enemies, but🦩 you'll have to br🧜eak their Weakness with him for this to work. |
Genius of Brilliant Stars |
This will be your second-best Relic set for Dr. Ratio, especially if you're fighting an enemy with Quantum Weakness. Unf♉ortunately, the two-piece bonus for this set will be useless for him. However, the 20 percent DEF shred that he can get with the four-piece is one of the best buffs in the game. This also stacks with the DEF shred from his Light Cone. |
|
The Ashblazing Grand Duke |
This is also a decent set for Dr. Ratio, but it'll give you much less value compared to Wastelander. This set only bu🎃ffs his follow-up DMG and the ATK bonus from the four-piece stacks very slowly on him. |
|
Double ATK Percent Pieces |
Finally, if you don't have a proper four-piece set for him, you can use two pieces of each set that give you ATK Percent. You can also use♈ one two-piece for SPD and one for AღTK. |
|
Planar Ornaments |
Firmament Frontline: Glamoth |
This set gives you 12 percent ATK and DMG as long as you have 135 or more SPD. You can even increase this DMG bonus to 18 percent if you somehow manage to get 160 SPD. This set works great on Dr. Ratio since you'd want him to have high SP🌠D to trigger his follow-ups more often. |
Inert Salsotto |
If you don't want to farm the Glamoth set, you can also use Inert Salsotto since it gives you a follow-up and Ultimate DMG increase, which are two of the three main sources for his DMG. Un𒁏fortunately, the Cri♏t Rate from this set isn't that important since Dr. Ratio gets the Crit Rate from his Traces and Wastelander. |
|
Space Sealing Station |
This is a beginner Ornament set that you can use on Dr. Ratio if you don't have anything else. It gives you 24 percent ATK as long as you have 120 SPD, which isn't hard to get. |
Dr. Ratio Relic Stat Priority
Now that you know the general Relics and Planar Ornaments that you need to farm for him, the next step is to get the correct Relic stats. Dr. Ratio is a DPS character, meaning that you'll have quite a few stats that you need including SPD, ATK, Crit DMG, and Crit Rate. You can also run in♌to situations where you'll have too much Crit Rate with this character.
It can be difficult to balance, bu🐎t here's what you should look for:
Relic Type |
Main Stat Priority |
Sub Stat Priority |
---|---|---|
Head |
HP (guaranteed) |
Crit DMG > Crit Rate > ATK Percent > SPD |
Hands |
ATK (guaranteed) |
Crit DMG > Crit Rate > ATK Percent > SPD |
Body |
Crit DMG |
Crit Rate > ATK Percent > SPD > HP Per🍷cent |
Feet |
SPD |
Crit DMG > Crit Rate > ATK Percent |
Planar Sphere |
Imaginary DMG Bonus |
Crit DMG > Crit Rate > ATK Percent > SPD |
Link Rope |
ATK Percent |
Crit DMG > Crit Rate > SPD |
Ideally, you'd want to have about a 60 percent Crit Rate on him if you're using the Wastelander set.
This is because his passive can give him a whopping 15 percent Crit Rate.
Best Dr. Ratio Light Cones
The next step is to get the best Light Cone you possibly can for Dr. Ratio. There are quite a few Light Cones that are decent for this character, but hardly any that suit him perfe🙈ctly. Here are your best choice🅠s:
Baptism of Pure Thought |
Being Dr. Ratio's signature Light Cone, this works perfectly on him as it can give him up to 44 percent Crit DMG in the correct situation. It also buffs his DMG upon using the Ultimate and lets his foll꧃ow-up attacks ignore the target🌸's DEF. |
---|---|
Worrisome, Blissful |
You can get up to 18 percent Crit Rate and 24 percent Crit DMG with this Light Cone at Refinement One. However, as you've seꦰen above, Dr. Ratio doesn't necessarily need any more Crit Rate. It can still be a decent choice for him because of the follow-up DMG increase. |
Cruising in the Stellar Sea |
This is an F2P-friendly Light Cone that you can easily get to Refinement Five throuꦆgh the Simulated Universe. However, it once again gives you a bunch of Crit Rate that you might not need. The ATK boost from the latter part of its passive makes it the best choice if you don't have the two Light Cones above. |
Swordplay |
This is a phenomenal Light Cone for Dr. Ratio if you're fighting boss enemies because of its potential to give you up to an 80 percent DMG increase. |
River Flows in Spring |
You can use this Light Cone if you're using Dr. Ratio with a shielder like March 7th or Gepard. It gives you a constant SPD🦄 and DMG boost as long as you don't take DMG. |
Adversarial |
This Light Cone gives you 18 percent SPD every time you defeat an enemy, which can be gᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚꦍood when he's fighting against a horde of enemies. |
Dr. Ratio Trace Priority
Using Harmony characters as the main supports has been Honkai: Star Rail's meta ever since the beginning since they always provided more value than putting a debuff on an enemy with Nihility characters. Thankfully, Dr. Ratio changes this up because his kit revolves around pꦐlacing as many debuffs on the enemy as possible:
- The chances of his follow-up attack being triggered go up by 20 percent for each debuff on the target enemy.
- He gets a Crit Rate, Crit DMG, and DMG bonus based on the debuffs on the enemy.
Keep in mind that DoT, Freeze, and Imprison effects also count as debuff.
All these special effects in his kit can be found in the Bonus Abilities of his Traces, so they take priority when you're upgrading his Traces. If you see a Bonus Ability t𒁃hat you can unlock at your current ascension, you should always go for those first since they pro﷽vide a significant buff.
After you've unlocked all the Bonus Abilities, his Talent takes the next priority as it increases the DMG of his follow-up attack, whicꦍh is his main source of DMG. Finally, you can upgrade your Skill and Ultimate in any order since it doesn't make a lot of differen🎃ce.

ꦍHonkai: Star Rail - Best Builds And Light 𒈔Cones For Xueyi
Xueyi is a phenomenal four-star cha♓racter in Honkai: Star Rail, but you have to build her a littleไ differently from the other DPS units.
