Ruan Mei's release was quite a blessing for every DoT-based team out there since her Skill increases the Weakness Break Efficiency of the entire team, which makes it much easier to use your high Break Effect on these units. She also delays an enemy's Weakness recovery when they get a turn, which allows for extra damage from Black Swan. The only not-so-good thing about this combination is the extra DMG boost from her Skill due to the diminishing return, but you can easily circumvent that by building more ATK on Black Swan.
