After this, Pilestedt shares the "Core Tenets" that Arrowhead goes by when deciding crossovers, and how the devs want to "avoid IP dilution" while also staying as authentic as possible to the property Helldivers 2 is crossing over with. In these tenets, it explains that Arrowhead will oꩵnly pick things that are "appropriate" for the Helldivers IP, 𓆏and wouldn't break the immersion for other players.
They also state that crossovers should be modified "as little as possible", and th✅at the crossovers themselves should do right by the creators and fans of the title. Those are the main stipulations to any future crossovers, which mean iconography from franchises such as Halo, Star Wars, or Warhammer is♕ likely never going to happen. Tramau Team is still on the table though, so there's hope for that at least.
