While the build-up to this "superweapon" has been slow and hard-fought, the Helldivers have been making progress towards it. The next step in launching the weaponಌ is to st🌄aff it, for which the Major Order is to recruit "cheap labor". The devs really want to push the morality of the player base, as this will be done by recruiting "disenfranchised families" trying to escape conflict.

However, the next step in bringing the superweapon to a functional state is to staff it. Being a weapon, it isn't exactly going to have the comfortable quarters, so Super Earth has decided to forcibly recruit what are essentially refugees of war.

"It is currently in its third construction phase, and before it can be activated, it must be staffed.
