168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Helldivers 2 has been preparing for the imminent ꦇarrival of the Illuminate for✨ quite a while now. Ever since the creation of the galaxy's big purple black hole, fans have theorized that something big and nasty is about to crawl through, that being a new faction in the form of the Illuminate. 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:We know from leaks that Arrowhead is preparing for the Illuminate to launch an attack on Super Earth (168澳洲幸运5开奖网:if the Automatons don't get it first), but we're still waiting to see what our mysterious attackers actually look like.
Thankfully, reputable Helldivers 2 dataminer IronS1ghts has managed to get us a couple of in-game screenshots of one of the Illumiinate's enemy types. , IronS1ghts has posted two in-game images of an enemy known as the Sentinel, or a "tripod" as players call it. In the original Helldivers, this enemy type was about the same size as your typical Helldiver, but they're far, far larger this time around.
You can see from the two screenshots that these beasties are absolutely massive, potentially even taller than the Bile Titans, making it the biggest beastie in the game. The screenshots aren't of the best quality, but they are the very first of the Sentinel actually roaming around in Helldivers 2, and that picture of the Sentinel walking through the mist looks like it's been ripped straight out of War of the Worlds. These posts tend to get removed pretty quickly, so check them out now while you can.
Helldivers 2 Dataminers Details Sentinel Weapons And Movement
Having seen them in-game, IronS1ghts also has some info on how these hulking beꦍasts behave. For starters, they claim that Senti🥀nels have a unique type of weaponry, as each one will fire a laser beam out of its eye. This laser beam can be fired either horizontally, vertically, or "erratically" depending on the situation, so it sounds like a pretty menacing threat. The way players stop these lasers is to break the ey and avoid the resulting electricity.
IronS1ghts also explains that these Sentinels move rather strangely, as their animation is "very fluid" and not very robotic as one might assume, acting "more like a giant animal." Those familiar with the Illuminate from the original Helldivers speculate that this could be down to the faction's biological technology, or it could just be because they're not ready for public release yet. Let's hope we're not waiting too long to find out.
