168澳洲幸运5开奖网: Hades 2: God Mode Guide
Hades 2 packs even more of a punch than the first game, which makes the return of God Mode an even bigger blessing - here's how it workℱs.
A ♛far cry from the default Witch's Staff, the Sister Blades provide a very aggressive playstyle for Melinoe as she m❀akes her way down to the underworld to confront Chronos, and they will prove themselves stalwart allies for the duration of her quest. If you're looking for some staccato stabbing, look no further.
Hades 2 is currently in Early Access, meaning that the details below ma🦋y chaꦗnge over the course of development.
Updated June 9, 2024: We've updated this guide to reflect the changes made by Early Access Patch 2.
Sister Blades Moveset
The Sister Blades are, as a pair of 💯daggers, a very quick pair of weapons that reward a bit of button mashing - but they also 🔯have some strategic outlets.
Its moveset is very quick:
Attack |
Description |
---|---|
Attack |
A four-hit combo that starts with two swipes, transitions into a flurry of stabs, and ends with a sweeping strong attack. There is room fo♍r a quick dash between the flurry of stabs and the sweeping strong attack, in case you want to aim it at a more fitting target. |
Omega Attack |
Charging this attack will place a reticle underneath your target. Laꦑunching the attack will teleport Melinoe to the target and deal a large amount of damage at once. This charge can be held ཧas Melinoe moves around, letting𝓡 her get closer to her target or move away from a wrong target. |
Special |
A very simple ranged,ꦕ lineꩵar attack that involves Melinoe throwing a dagger at her target. This can be chained with itself quite rapidly. |
Omega Special |
Melinoe charges up a flurry of daggers that are primed to be launched out in a fan formation. Meant for targeting large groups of enemies, but can be fired at large enemies up close💎 to hit them multiple times with the same attack. This Omega Move can also have its charge held, with Melinoe being 𝓰able to rotate on the spot to pick the right angle for her fan of attacks. |
The Sister Blades require a little finesse to make the best use of them. Generally speaking, the specials inflict less damage than the regular attacks, so they should be us൲ed sparingly - such as when you need to keep your distance from a foe or just need to finish a 🐟distant foe off.
The Omega Attack is situational but can shine - especially when paired 🎐with specific and powerful Daedalus Hammer upgrades or the right god Boons.
It cannot be understated how useful the Omega Special can be when used to fire off many fans when right up-close to a large enemy. Especially when paired with Daedalus Hammer boosts to your specials, this can melt enemi♐es in record time.
The shining star of the moveset is the regular four-hit combo. It deals a lot of damage and synergises really well with certain god Boons that benefit from striking multiple times. In many ways, this underlines the Sister Blades as🅠 the polar opposite of the Moonstone Axe, which is very slow and shines with benefits to its very powerful single attacks.
Sister Blade Aspects
The Sister Blades currently have three aspects to choose from, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:once aspects are unlocked.
Aspect |
Description |
---|---|
Aspect of Melinoe |
This is the Sister Blades' default incarnation. It has no special effects to begin with, but upgrading it will give it ൲a Backstab modifier that grants extra damage to attacks that target, surprise, the enemy's back. |
Aspect of Artemis |
This aspect powers up your Omega Attack, not only speeding up its charging window but giving the charge a Parry (every 15 seconds). A successful Parry will give you Riposte, which grants you critical chance boosts for 9 hits. The blocking effect of the Parry will trigger automatically if it refreshes while yဣou are charging an Omega move. |
Aspect of Pan |
This aspect powers up your Specials, maki𝓡ng them home in on foes within your Casts and adding more blades to your Omega Special. |
Your choice of aspect will heavily encourage you to change your main damage-dealing strategy. Going with Artemis will encourage a riskier style of play that focuses on exploiting Parries as much as possible and then using Ripostes to inflict massive bursts of damage, while the Aspect of Pan encourages a more ranged style of play.
Best Boons And Upgrades
As with all weapons, your playstyle will be massively affected by the Daedalus Hammer upgrades and the god Boons you pick up during a run. Naturally, you'll want to pick up the right upgrades f🗹or your playstyle and chosen aspect.
Good Daed🦄alus Ham🔥mer upgrades of note are the following:
Upgrade |
Effect |
---|---|
Skulking Slice |
Your atta💎ck✤s deal 200% more damage when hitting foes' backs. This will either give an alternative aspect the Backstab effect 🍨of Melinoe's default, or severely improve Melinoe's aspect's natural abilities. It's a win/win, especially for💞 runs that use regular attacks a lot. |
Melting Dart |
Yဣour special will erase 50% of a target's Armour. Being able to destroy Ar🎀mour quickly will seriou༒sly speed up many fights, especially those against elite enemies. |
Hook Knives |
Your Specials re🍷turn to you, dealing damage on the return. Unless you are attacking foes from the maximum range of your specials, this upgrade effectively doubles your damage output.♍ Useful on it💮s own, it shines when paired with Boons that take effect on special hits. |
Escalating Ambush |
Grants a power bonus to your Omega Attack after it𒉰 kills an enemy during a single encounte⛎r. Normally a pretty niche upgrade, this is a perfect accompaniment to the Aspect of Artemis forও those who are good at using Parries anꩵd Ripostes. |
Dancing Knives |
Specials deal more da🦂mage and the knives bounce between foes up to three times. This synergises extremely well with any other boosts to your specials and makes your special a decent tool for dealing with crowds, something the Sister Blades ไstruggle with at times. |
Sureshot Flurry |
This attack modifies you✱r Omega Special to fire every dagger🐈 in one line. This is most useful with the Aspect of Pan once upgraded, 🤡as this adds lots more blades to the Omega Special and will turn it into a very powerful burst attack. |
In general, upgrades to avoid are Spiral Knives (which turns your Omegaဣ ✅Special into a large-area attack that targets enemies in a circle but makes it very difficult to aim at key enemies) and .
A very important upgrade to avoid is Rapid Onslaught, lets you hold down your attack button instead of mashing it, slightly increasing your attacks per second. It provides no other benefits, and shoul♕d be t🍎aken only once to fulfil the Fated List requirements.
As for god Boons, the Sister Blades have some prett🍸y naturaไl partners in crime:
God |
Evaluation |
---|---|
Zeus |
Blitz and chain lightning both do very well with Sister Knives, as it's quite easy to inflict lots of damage in a short amount of timওe. Zeus is underpowered in general at the moment, but will do in a pinch. |
Hera |
With builds that manage to inflict hitch on a lot of enemies at once, the Sister Knives synergise incredibly well with Hera, but this requires some setu🀅p and effort. |
Poseidon |
Wave crashes work really w🧔ell with regular attacks and specials for very different reasons, but they're both well-suited thanks to their high-hit outputs. You can inflict a lot of damage in a short amount of time over a very large area. |
Demeter |
Freeze is one of the best sta❀tus effects in the game, and works incredibly well with any Backstab effects, letting you get around an enemy and inflict a ton of damage with little effort. |
Apollo |
Extra dam꧑age is nice, but the Sister Blades are very specific with their hitboxes - they don't benefit too much from the increased area of effect. |
Aphrodite |
A close-range damage-up is incredꦯible for the regular attack but should be avoided for specials. Very situational. |
Hephaestus |
Thanks to how reliably and easily you can keep the pressure on your foes, you won't waste m꧃uch time having Hephaestus's explosive effects on cooldowns, making these easy Boons to take. |
Hestia |
With the high number⛎ of hits this weapon can dish out, scorch is a wonderful status to have. Synergises extremely well with Hook Knives and Sureshot Flurry. |
As for non-standard Boons, it's a good idea to take Support Fire from Artemis whenever it shows up. Thankꦓs to the high number of hits the Sister Knives can output, adding more projectil🅘es to a fight is only a good thing.
