Like wheat, you will need seeds to cultivate this plant and amass a plentiful supply in order to unlock mid-to-late game incantations. How To Get Cattail
Similar to Nighshade, to get Cattail you will need to acquire Cattail seeds first. These seeds must be dug up using the Silver Spade tool on the Oceanus biome, which you can reach after 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:beating Headmistress Hecate.
The dig spots are random and can pop up during your runs in the game. However, you can only interact with them if you have unlocked the Silver Spade.
Unlocking Flourishing Soil Incantation
After acquiring a few Cattail seeds, the next step involves getting soil plots to plant the seeds. For this, head to the Crossroads and interact with the Cauldron to unlock the Flourishing Soil incantation. This only requires one Molly item🍌, which you will often fi𒊎nd during your runs in the game.
You will get two soil plots after unlocking the Flourishing Soil incantation, and these appear near Odysseus, the Vete🌱ran Tactician. Interact with any soil plot and select ꧑the Cattail seed to plant it.
Once you've completed nine encounters, the Cattail plant will grant you one Cattail item.
How To Use Cattail
Cattail items can be used to unlock some of the support incantations in the game. For example, you can unlock the Surge of the Stygian Wells incantation, which makes a Well of Charon appear as you transition between the Underworld Regions.
The Well of Charon contains random valuable supplies. Some of these can give you lost health back, offer bone items for sale, or provide a powerful boon that remains active for the next few encounters.
If you happen to have plenty of Cattail items, then you can also sell these at the Wretched Broker. He will offer you 12 bones in exchange for one Cattail item.
