There's plenty of things to deal with when borders suddenly start reopening. One example is that people can suddenly start to move across the border! In this achievement from the Seitung Province, you'll follow a Canthan bureaucrat, Bian, as she journeys to all the locations in Tyria that you've taken for granted but are wonderfully new and 🍒excitingꦑ to her.
Starting The Achievement - Finding Bian In Seitung Province
To start the achievement, you'll need to track down Bian in Seitung Province first. She's a Canthan woman with black hair, glassꦿes, and a gree🦄n dress who can be found around the Training Grounds and Shing Jea Monastery.
Bian walks in a continuous loop between the monastery and the training fields. She takes a brief pause at a few locations to say a line of dialogue or two before moving on. We've mapped out her path on the map above, so y🌳ou can choose to j♑ust wait for Bian somewhere or to follow the path until you catch up with her.
When you find Bian, you need to select the dialogue option "Have you ever seen Tyrian architecture?" in ord🌟er to activate the achievement. Next, you'll start hunting her down in Tyr♉ia's major cities!
Where To Find Bian In The Grove
The Grove is divided into three main vertical levels. To find Bian, head to the middle level, where the crafting tables, banks, and trad🤡ing post vendors are.
Bian is on the second floor of the Starbower Nursery - which is sort of like a bar - to the south. She's looking over the balcony at theও Grove and😼 musing about how they could grow an entire city.
Where To Find Bian In Divinity's Reach
Bian has a great view in Divinity's Reach, too. She's on the highest level of the map/city, but must be reached through a roundabout route.
Start at the Ossan Waypoint, head east, and take the closest elevator. This will teleport you up to the top level. Instead of going through the regular roads, follow the parapets to a grassy space. There'🐟s a vista here if you follow one of the rooftops, but Bian is also looking out𒈔 over the city and wondering how any architect approved its layout.
Where To Find Bian In The Black Citadel
Bian is in the Gladium Canton in the Black Citadel. If you haven't been here before, you'll need to take an elevator down (the ♈one that is directly above the words 'Gladium Canton' on the map). Otherwise, yo💃u can use the nearby Waypoint.
Either way, Bian is found on the rickety bridges between makeshift platforms, right across from the Vista. When you talk t🧔o her, she'll warn you about the tetanus.
Where To Find Bian In Rata Sum
In Rata Sum, Bian is found on the middle level where there are bankers and trading post vendors to be found in the centre. Head for the Dynamics Union, then go to the northernmost balcony there.
Bian will be looking off the edge in amazeme🍌nt, asking herself what would happen if this floating city suddenly lost power.
Where To Find Bian In Hoelbrak
Bian is easy to find in Hoelbrak, since she's right smack in the middle of everything!
Just head to the centre of town - to that giant pentagon - and start scanning the torches that are lit there for the various Spirits of the Wild. Bian is hanging out in front of one of the ones for Snow Leopard, cri🧔tiquing the norns' ability to distribute heat🌱 effectively.
Where To Find Bian In Lion's Arch
In Lion's Arch, Bian can be found near the sea.
She's on a ledge overlooking the water and the giant lobster-shaped building on the western side of the city. You'll be able to find her easily because she's right next to the Marriner Plaque there.
Once you'v𒁃e found Bian in all of the cities, the ach꧑ievement will be complete!
