After many years in an early-access state, the rather addictive Golf With Your Friends will finally be released on May 19, 2020. Publisher Team17 made the announcement this morning with a new trailer showing off the final version of this wacky mini-golf title. Itও's a joy to look at, but it plays even better than it looks.
The game will be available on PC, ꦺPS4, Xbox One, and Switch for $19.99. You can currently on Steam for $9.99 and get upgraded to the final one at no additional cost. That's a shockingly good deal, especially with the sheer amount of content added to this game over the years.
It's always a gamble with early-access titles as a lot of developers abandon games after a short period. Thankfully, developer Blacklight Interactive stuck with Golf With Your Friends and it has churned out a real winner. Even in i♕ts earliest form, this was an uproarious timꦯe, but it certainly looks much more polished now.
It may not be the return of Tiger Woods PGA Tour that golf fans are dying for, but𒊎 the wacky course designs and simple controls make for an absolutely delightful time. Add in a course creator and you've got a recipe for the perfect deserted 🃏island game.
