Gabara might not be the most evil monster, but he's an absolute menace. Residing on Monster Island, Gabara spends most of his days bullying Minilla for fun, with no other motivation other than to make Minilla’s life harder.

While the stakes aren't as high as in other films, Gabara is the only monster petty enough to commit the equivalent of stealing candy from a baby. This conscious decision makes him evil on a schoolyard scale, even if his actions would not cause any worldwide disaster.

Alan Jonah is the overarching villain of the Monsterverse. He first appears in Godzilla: King of the Monsters, guid♒ing Dr. Russel through a plan to wipe out most of hu♐manity but allow the planet to rebuild itself.

His distas🍸te for the human race stems from the death of his daughter, as revealed in the novels. After King Ghidora is defeated, Jonah recovers one of the severed heads. He then sells the head, which eventually becomes the basis for Mechagodzilla’s construction in Godzilla Vs Kong.

Skar King is one of the most evil villains to be introduced to the Godzilla franchise. Unlike other monsters that destroy due to their nature or from being under the control of other entities, Scar King's motivations are all calculated with the intention of being ruthless.

Skar King thrives on dominating the giant ape race in the hollow Earth. Asꦬide from the subjugation of his own kind, he also keeps Shimo in chains, whom he uses as a weapon to fight Kong. His conscious decision to kill his own kind for fun and fathering many children makes him the most evil monster in Godzilla.
