Enter the bike’s bell and ring it to distract Jeego, then move into the bike’s pedals and move them to give chase.
When the bike stops, pull the lever above you, then move to the ladder on the right. Extend the ladder and use it to reach the claw holding the wrecking ball. Drop the ball on Jeego to eliminate him and save the girl.
How To Leave The Junkyard
When you return to the present and the conversation with Ray ends, enter the handlebars of the bicycle and shake them to move down the cable. From there, open the umbrella to drop down to the girl.
Stay in the umbrella as the girl carries it down to your body. When she pulls a note from your pocket, enter the Ghost World to read it. Wait for her to answer the nearby phone, then possess it to learn the identity of the person on the other line. Ray will give you a new power; use it to travel through the phone lines to the villain’s location.
