How To Save The Pigeon Man
As soon as you're able to move around the office, examine Cabanela's body to find out what happened in the last few minutes. For this challenge, you'll need to make sure the assassin doesn't notice any objects that you move. Start by moving to the kettle and waiting there until it falls to the floor. When it does, move to the basement so that you can work undetected.
Move the hoist on the ceiling, causing it to fall, then open the tool box on the right to reach Pigeon Man's body.
Watch the scene play out, waiting in the trapdoor below Pigeon Man. When the final countdown begins, move the camera down and to the right to find Missile. He'll rejoin you, giving you new options as the scene plays out.
Switch to Missile and move up from the sewers into the basement. Make your way to the right side of the room and back down to the sewers, where you'll be able to interact with the pile of trash. Swap the two stacks of magazines to causꦚe more rats to appear, making the trash can lid move to the left.
While the lid is rolling, it appears as a circle - the same shape as a tire in the Ghost World. Swap the lid with the tire to move it closer to the trap door, then have Sissel jump to the Professor's measuring device. When the timer hits zero, swap the trash can lid with the trapdoor to make the Pig✤eon Man fall throu𝐆gh, saving him from the explosion.
How To Save Inspector Cabanela
When the pigeon carries you to the ceiling, re-enter the scene with Cabanela and the assassin. Let the scene play out as before, but swing the lamp around when the assassin's back is turned, then use it to knock the helmet down. After that, wait for Cabanela to shoot.
When the assassin's body reanimates, the rolling stepladder will be within Sissel's reach. Use it to go to the other side of the room and drop the knit hat hanging from the shelf. It will land on the stepladder; roll it back to the left, then have Missile swap the hat with the book above.
The hat will land on the hook where the helmet was; don't knock it to the floor. When the assassin fires, Missile will automatically stop time, letting you swap the bullet with the knit hat.
Back in the present, talk to Cabanela and the Pigeon Man to complete the chapter.
