Start by purifying the Contaminated Bacterial Mats by using the Xenochromatic Ball Octupus's abilities (the blue orb on top of the nearby pillar) and place the Dew Bubbles in such a way that when the first Dew Bubbles explode, it will hit the second Dew Bubble and cause it to pop in a chain.

Third Puzzle

The third puzzle is close to a cave towards the south of the "Mysterious Altar". Get ready for a fight with Hydro Slimes, which shouldn't be a problem, but the puzzle might be tricky for some people.
