How To Defeat The Cryo Cicin Mage
There are a few patterns to the Cryo Cicin Mage's fighting style that you will need to observe if you want to defeat her quickly yet methodically enough to be able to get the achievement. Besides shooting Cryo projectiles as her first attack, she will quickly summon three Cicins that will deal small amounts of Cryo damage individually, and a stronger attack when they come together.She will also summon a very thick and resistant cryo shield soon after, effectively protecting her from physical damage. If you lower her shield's resistance, the Cicins will charge the bar back up, so you want to be quick when trying to break her shield.If you get too close to her, or after a few seconds of being locked in combat, she will deploy ice spikes that rise up from the ground, dealing AoE Cryo damage.
If you accidentally defeat a Cicin in the fight, don't fret. Just clear out the other two and wait for her to summon them again.
The condition will be met as long as three Cicins are on the field when she is defeated.
It's recommended that you bring Pyro characters to this fight, but avoid auto-aim characters like or , otherwise, you might accidentally target a Cicin. Electro characters are also a good choice against this Cryo enemy.

Since he is in a small valley, you can just climb any mountain wall and that will do the trick.While he is in his berserker mode, he will frantically jump around, causing AoE Cryo damage from falling snow. He will also charge at the character more viciously once the character is on the ground again.The falling snow will land in random places and you will have just a short few moments to dodge, so ranged attacks will probably not cut it. Defeat him before this form expires and you will get the Chill Out! achievement and the corresponding five primogems, just don't say you weren't warned if his strength surprises you.
