When Kait is forcibly connected to the Swarm Hive, she can't help but control some of their troops. After swapping between different creatures, she is forced to lead one of 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Gears 5's new enemy types, the Warden. The brute then gets ahold of Oscar and🍬 crushes his skull. Kait is naturally distraught as she has to witness the murder without being able to stop it.
9 📖 🐠 Lizzie Carmine Getting Caught In A Hammer Of Dawn Strike (Gears 5)
Losing a member of the Carmine clan is a common occurrence, but it doesn't make Lizzie's death any easier to stomach. It occurs after JD convinces Baird to have the Hammer of𝕴 Dawn target his own armor.
At first, the unconventional plan seems to work as they wipe out the Swarm's forces.👍 However, then Baird loses all control of the incredibly destructive laser. Eventually, it makes its way to Lizzie's transport truck filled with civilians. JD manages to get everyone out besides the young Gear. Her door gets jammed, so Fenix can't do anything, and she is vaporized while screaming for help.
8 𝓀 Ben Carmine Dying Inside The Rift Worm (Gears Of War 2)
Unlike his older brother from the first game, Ben Carmine actually gets time to show plenty of his personality. It makes it all the more heartb✃reaking when you find him inside the Rift Worm.
At the time, he's getting ripped apart by a Nemacyte. After the player helps fend off the beast, Delta team realizes there's no saving the rookie. His body has been destroyed by the giant Worm's internal acid. It's an even worse way to go than getting wiped out by 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:a powerful weapon as his sibling did.
7 🐲 JD Visiting Anya🦹's Grave (Gears Of War 4)
Marcus and Anya are among 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the 𒐪best couples in♑ the Gears of War universe; them getting together is one of the few happy things to happen in the third game. Unfortunately, you don't get to witness how their relationship has developed in the next numbered installment. This is because, between the games, Anya dies. Thank🍃s developers.

Upon finding her, young Diaz realizes that she can't save her 🐭mother's life. All she can do is remove her from the Hive to allow her to pass in 👍peace. The scene is even sadder because, in the immediate aftermath, Kait doesn't get any vengeance as the game comes to an end.
5 The Imulsion Countermeasure Killing Adam Fenix (Gears Of War 3) 🥀
Few characters 🍌are as vital to the story of Gears of War as Adam Fenix. By not helping Queen Mryahh, he inadvertently started the Locust War, and later, he is the one to end the Lambert threat. To accomplish the latter, he creates a powerful countermeasure weapon that destroys the Imulsion cells in the creatures' bodie🥀s.
However, the machine doesn't discriminate and anyone with significant Imulsion in them is also killed -- inc꧃luding Adam Fenix. Unfortunately, he perishes right in front of his son, Marcus, who has to witness the death of another loved one.
4 Tai Tak🅺es His Own Life (Gears Of War 2)
Early in Gear൩s of War 2, you are introduced to Tai Kaliso; Marcus has high praise for the incredible toughness of the soldier. Yet, as strong as he is, he's not able to avoid being captured by the Locust like so many others.
After some searching, Delta Squad tracks him down and opens his cell. The man who walks out, though, is not the wise and spiritual person you met earlier. Tai is filled with scars and is clearly mentally broken from what he's gone through. Marcus doesn't seem to notice, however, and hands him a shotgun. Without a word,🅰 Tai puts it up to his chin and pulls the trigger. The whole scene is very upsetting to watch.
3 🌱 Marcus Finding Out About JD's Death (Gears 5)
Gears 5 has two endings: one where Del dies and another where JD perishes. It's unclear, at this point, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:which ending is canon🥃, but the loss of JD is the more emotional one because of how it affects Mar💧cus.
It's up to Kait to inform him of the devastating news and hand him his s💙on's COG tags. While the legendary hero tries to hide his pain, it's clear that𒅌 it destroys him. What makes it even worse is that JD was pretty much the only person Marcus had left.

She's being kept inside a Locust prison camp and, when Dom opens her pod, she seems to be the beautiful a🍎nd healthy woman he's always known.
However, his eyes were deceiving him as, when he looks at her again, he realizes that she's incredibly malnourished and ไa shell of her former self. Dom understandably has no idea what to do about the situation. In the end, though, he finally decides that he has to put her out of her misery. It's the sort of tear-jerking scene that you don't expect to see in an action-packed shooter.

Naturally, after his wife's death, Dom is never quite the same. For instance, in the third game, he doesn't provide the same amount of jokes as he once did. Still, he stays by Marcus's side and tries to help save the world. However, wh♓ile in Mercy, 🃏he and his friends get cornered by Lambent troops.
Dom then comes up with a plan that involves blowing up the creatures by driving a truck into some fuel tanks. Of course, this means sacrificing himself in the process. He goes through with it while talking to his late wife, Maria. It's a brilliantly crafted scene with Gary Jules's Madworld complementing Dom's final words perfectly. Not only is it the saddest moment in the series, but it's among the most 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:heartbreaking scenes in gaming ꧋history.
