In the process, she joins forces with Colꦺonel Volgin and gives him a nuclear shell. He uses that to destroy a research facility in his home country of Russia.

This whole ordeal makes Russia very angry with the United States. To appease them, Snake goes on a mission with multiple objectives, including killing The Boss. Yet, after he does so, it's shockingly revealed that 🐎The Boss didn't really defect. She was just attempting to infiltrate Volgin's ranks, as were her orders. However, after Volgin destroyed the Facility, The Boss knew she had to let herself be killed by Snake to avoid a war between America and Russia.

7 Cloud's Actual Past

Deep into the game, you learn that a lot of Cloud's memories are actually false. He was never on a similar level to Sephiroth. In fact, he wasn't even a first-class SOLDIER. He only made it to the infantryman level. It turns out that the trauma caused by his hometown going up in flames, getting ex💝perimented on, and the loss of his friend Zack Fair broke Cloud's mind. His memories were replaced with those of Zack. So, it was Zack who was the legendary first-class hero, not Cloud.

However, this is when you learn that you're being manipulated. Every order Atlas gives you🧜 includes the words "would you kindly" as it's a hypnotic trigger that has been implanted into your brain. So, you've had no choice but to do as Atlas has said. Around this time, you also learn that Atlas is actually Fontaine, and you're the illegitimate son of Andrew Ryan. Fontaine used you because of your genetic code, which allows you access to Rapture's systems.

4 The Government Betrays John Marston 🌳

During Red Dead Redemption, you play as former outlaw John Marston, and yoཧu have to do the Government's dirty work. More specifically, you must track down several of your former running buddies and take care of them one way or another. This is because the Government is trying to rid the world of outlaws.

Once you succeed, you🌱 can return to your family and spend some quality time with them. In the game's closing stages, the Government agents you worked with appear on your ranch with many of their friends. You try to fight them off for a while and let your family escape. In the end, though, they gun you down in an effort to eliminate the final loose end.

The main character of Silent Hill 2 is a man named James Sunderland, who travels down to the titular town after receiving a letter from his supposedly dead wife. He felt you and the rest of Task Force 141 were beginning to figure out his plans, so he took you out.

ꦆOn the surface, Braid seems a fairly simple game in terms of story. You are the classic hero trying to save a Princess from some kind of monster. Anyway, at the final level,🦂 you finally meet her. She is in the area above you, getting chased by a Knight. You both race through the level to the end. It turns out you were the monster all along.
