It also kind of implies that Sony is the one actually stopping FromSoftware from going back to Bloodborne, if he and other developers at the studio would like to make one.
Unfortunately, Sony is the right holder and there's nothing that FromSoftware can do to deliver us a fabled Bloodborne PC port. With how popular the title is, and how successful it's been for the platform, you'd have to believe that PlayStation is either actively working on something, or that it's keeping the title in its back pocket for a dramatic Demon's Souls-esque remake to launch alongside a new console.
