Amidst all the excitement of heisting vaults with great weapons, it's crucial not to overlook the importance of Quests to fully immerse yourself in the game.
Quests not only enhance gameplay but also encourage you to delve deeper into the storyline, offering valuable XP, special rewards, and sometimes pushing you out of your comfort zone. Chapter 4 Season 4 doesn't disappoint in this regard, introducing one of the most challenging quests to date: the Survivor Medal Quest.
Fortnite Survivor Medals
The Survivor Medal Quest is as daunting a quest as there ever was, but we've got your back. Here's how it works:
The Survivor Medal Quest has seven consecutive tiers to unlock: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Exotic, and Mythic.
Each tier has ten stages that must be compಞlete🍸d before moving to the next tier. With each stage, you are challenged with increasing difficulty in which you have to do the following:
- Outlast an increasing number of opponents.
- Achieve a specific number of eliminations
- Complete the last stage of a tier with a Victory Royale
The Survivor Medal Quest Common Medal only requires a single elimination while outlasting a small but increasing number of opponents, however, to get the Mythic Medal requires that you get ten eliminations with a Victory Royale, ten times.
Not only does it become more difficult to outlast your opponents with each successive tier, but as you get into the higher range of tiers, it becomes increasingly difficult to find enough opponents to eliminate before the end of the match.
A good way to work your way through the tiers is to acquire the number of eliminations you need for a ൩given tier and then lie low for the rest of the match.
Fortnite Survivor Rewards
Surviving each stage of a tier rewards you with ten thousand XP, amounting to 100,000 XP per tier. 700,000 for completing all the tiers is a substantial amount of XP to add to your season.
Additionally, when you successfully complete the Mythic Medal Quest Common tier, you'll a receive special Llama Backpack Bling, and you unlo༺ck a new style for each tier successfully completed thereafter.
