168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Epic Games adds and removes things from Fortnite all the time. Most of the time, those removals don't spark controversy. That's not the case today as Fortnite's v36.10 update has removed Team Rumble, one of🅠 the game's oldest modes outsi𓄧de of the core battle royale.

Rumors started to swirl tha💖t Team Rumble would be replaced with a new mode called Training Grounds as leakers started to spread the word on Tuesday evening. Less than 24 hours later, the update has gone live, and Team Rumble is nowhere to be seen. Training Grounds is now available to play, though, which pits two teams of eight players against each other in a single locatꦓion where you can respawn once eliminated.

Epic had no interest in crossover characters until Endgame's directors begged the studio to add Tha🌠nos.

That premise is what Team Rumble was built on. While the m༺ode has undergone tweaks over the years, in Team Rumble, two groups of players did battle with the aim of being the first to hit an elimination goal. Every time you were elim🐼inated, you would return to the map, provided the match was still ongoing. Best of all, for a lot of players, it was the perfect place to complete quests and rack up XP since every time you died, you could come back and land somewhere quiet to get stuff done.

Fortnite Has Ditched Team Rumble And Replaced It With Training Grounds

A Decision That Has Gone Down Like A Lead Balloon

The ability to complete quests doesn't appear to be an option in Training Grounds, hence why players aren't taking its removal well. "We are being stripped of everything in this game we enjoy,🔯" one player writes in response to Team Rumble being vaulted, sharing screenshots of other disgruntled players sharing the same sentiment.

Other posts have questioned why Team Rumble needed to be replaced and couldn't exist alongside Training Grounds, while others have noted that it was the best mode to use for those who wanted t🍨o take a break from playing with and against those who take Fortnite more seriously. For what it's worth, Training Grounds' description makes it sound like that's why it has been created.

While the removal of almost anything from Fortnite is bound to annoy someone, getting rid of Team Rumble might have a bigger effect than Epic realizes. The mode has been in the game for a long time, debuting in 2018 and proving popular enough that it was added permanently in 2019. To vault it from the game with no warning after six years, it's understandable that a lot of, potentially very long-term, players aren't happy. After the removal of OG Ranked resulted in the ♛game's lowest player count for two years,🅘 it seems likely Team Rumble getting vaulted will only sour people on Fortnite even more.
