Where To Find Lil' Villa
The Lil' Villa POI is located east of Fencing Fields, at a house close to the nearby lake. Here, loot spawns within the nearby houses alo🤡ngside chests within each of the s𒐪maller rooms.
Lil' Villa is a fairly popular Minor POI as it's right next to Fencing Fields. You'll run into opponents if you stick around this area for too long.

Where To Find Catcher's Cove
Catcher's Cove is located north of Classy Courts, at the buildings close to the ocean. Here, loot can spawn within the nearby buildings alongside barrels containing fishing rods.
