Freddy is the titular star of FNAF, and he looks like a giant teddy bear. It sounds like a cute idea, but as Freddy has proven to game and movie fans, the idea doesn't quite work out when it’s put into practice.
Freddy is creepy, period. Maybe it’s the weird grin or the eyes, but something is definitely off about this giant creatu🐽re that should be cuddly but is actual𒆙ly pure nightmare fuel instead.
7 Chica
Chica is a giant yellow bird, and no matter how you phrase that, it still sounds super weird. Chica has humanoi♋d arms instead of wings and often carries around a cupcake, which is also animatronic anꦡd has its own personality.

6 Foxy
Foxy has (hopefully) seen better days sometime before the events of this film. Poor Foxy is quite worn out and run down, which makes this animatronic a nightmare-inducing𝔍 horror. Foxy’s general decaying look makes the character even more awful.
Foxy looks very close to the game version of the character, though the pants do differ between the film and the game. Foxy's personality and ghost child counterpart also match known game canon. There’s a lot of attention to detail with this character, all the way down to the eyepatch.
5 Bonnie
You have to look pretty closely to spot any differences between Bonnie in the film and Bonnie in the FNAF games. Bonnie's color has changed just a little from the first game to become closer to the Help Wanted version of this giant rabbit, more of a light blue than a deep bluish-purple.

Freddy Fazbear's host of animatronic cohorts are practically horror icons at this point — today, we're count🔯ing down the scariest of them.
Some of Bonnie's accenting colors have a bit of a different hue and pattern than in the games, and the bow tie is clearly made of fabric in the movie, while it's plastic in the games. However, the design is pretty spot-on, and Bonnie's highly menacing presence certainly shines through.
4 💯 Golden Fredd🌱y
Golden Freddy is the golden version of Freddy Fazbear, and he plays a central role in the film. Golden Freddy is in a far more advanced state of disrepair than Freddy Fazbear, and his look is almost a mirror copy of the video game. When Golden Freddy shows up, it usually isn't very good news for anyone who comes into contact with him.
Golden Freddy is unspeakably frightening, even when he isn't doing anything at all. And when he is, things get much worse. Golden Freddy fans will have a lot to like about the movie version of this well-known character. Just make sure you're ready to be terrorized by a giant, rotting bear because that's what's going to happen.
3 Cupcake
Cupcake is Chica's companion, and while he looks sweet, he is a complete terror. Cupcake is a fan-favorite character in the games, appearing in all but three of the FNAF games released before the movie. But Cupcake is no mere Easter egg. He's a fully realized character in the film and an animatronic like the rest.

2 💖 🔥 Spring Bonnie
Also known as Yellow Rabbit and Springlock, Spring Bonnie appears toward the end of the film for a climactic and frightening finale. The character is very true to its game counterpart both in looks and deeds, so fans of the FNAF games will have the good sense to be completely freaked out the moment this character appears on the screꦐen.
In FNAF lore, the springlock suits were discontinued a long time ago because they are full of dangerous machinery. The suit would snap around the wearer while the mechanics were paused. Those familiar with events in the FNAF games will be prepared for the final gruesome scene, but it's still pretty harrowing.
1 Ball🐷oonꦛ Boy
While not an animatronic in this film (that we know of), Balloon Boy is well-known to the FNAF fandom, and he does pop up a few times in the movie to scare the heck out of Mike. It is clear that somehow, this little figurine is able to move around...so something's up.
Balloon Boy first appears in the games in Five Nights at Freddy's 2, and in that version, he is animatronic. It's clear from the movie that Balloon Boy, or BB as he is known, will definitely be making an appearance in any future film installments.
