And as mentioned, having a block button is helpful, and if you block at the last second, you'll be able to counterattack.
6 Shiva
The power of cold offers the unique mechanic of freezing your enemies, making Shiva's abilities one of a kind. Choosing targets to shoot at leaves you vulnerable, but his abilities are some of the best, offering a beautiful staggering potential and large areas that hit multiple enemies. They're quite fast to execute, too - most of them, at least - which is fitting for lightning attacks.

You also get some abilities, but since they're fire based as well, you'll have to choose between using his abilities or the Phoenix's - unless you master the abilities, then you can put them wherever you want.
