Here, you'll engage in various activities that require 🔯you to acquire suitable swimsuits before heading to the beach. As part of Tifa and Aerith's quest to obtain companion cards, you'll need to complete the Cactuar Caper by locating all the Costa ♏del Sol Cactuars. While you'll receive a note to help you find them, some of them can be quite tricky to locate.
When you're close to a Cactuar location, a camera symbol will appear, indicating its presence nearby.
Cactuar Location #1
The first Cactuar can be found at the sign atop Surf and Suntan, the entrance to the beach, just north of where you initiated the quest.
Look up at the sign, and you'll spot the Cactuar symbol there.
To snap a picture, use your camera by pressing the up button on the d-pad and aim towards the symbol. You'll need to zoom in to about 40 percent, which you can see on the camera mode screen.
Once the numbers turn green, capture the picture of the Cactuar by pressing R2.
Cactuar Location #2
You can find the second Cactuar to the east of Costa del Sol, near the docks. When you arrive, you'll see two of them, but head towards the one on the left side.
Once you reach the end of the left dock, you'll spot the Cactuar on the rock in front of you.
This time, when you take out your camera, make sure to zoom in to around 70 percent before capturing the picture.
Cactuar Location #3
Backtrack a bit towards the southern area of the map, where the ship that brought you to Costa del Sol is located. Before you reach the ship, you'll notice a small tiki shack.
Behind it, you'll see some kids near a fire hydrant, and at the bottom of it, you'll find the Cactuar you're looking for.
As always, use your camera and ensure to zoom in to around 30 percent before snapping the picture.
Cactuar Location #4
For the final Cactuar, head west in the opposite direction of the docks where you found the second Cactuar and make�♕� your way behind the building there.
When you gaze upwards, you'll notice some rocks adorned with multiple Cactuar drawings.
However, you'll want to focus on the pink one. Capture a picture of it with a zoom of around 10 percent.
