Location: Cosmo Canyon region, southeast of Cosmo Chocobo Ranch, accessible via the Gliding Range No. 18 ramp

Speaking of caches and verticality, here's one that will possibly make you feel like a genius for figuring it out. In the Cosmo Canyon region, you might have spotted a conspicuous looking wreck on a cliff during your thir🦂d or fortieth attempt to get the best score on the chocobo gliding minigamไe. But its location is a bit of a trick, as attempting from that direction will just have you slamming into a wall like it's a long lost Looney Tunes game.

Assuming you have access to the chocobos in this region, you have to come ༺at it from the Gliding Range No. 18 ramp, then float across the boosters you see between you and the wreck. Finally, you'll find yourself at the Celestica, which is little more than another cache, but come on, it's the journey that counts.

Location: Cosmo Canyon region, through a cave east of Lifespring Survey Station No. 1

At the beginning of Chapter 12, you 🎶can take on the side quest The Lament of the Damned. This will bring you back to Shinra Manor, where you can take on a series of combat challenges egged on by a hologram of Hojo that's roughly as uncomfortable꧃ to be around as the real thing.

But the real meat comes after the quest, as it then allows you to complete more combat challenges of increasing difficulty. You definitely want to do this, as finishing them opens up a secret chamber which allows you tꦬo collect the Plumose Rod for Aerith. This gives her the Ray of Judgment ability and also just looks really pretty. Good fashion is a reward in and of itself.
