How To Unlock The Barbershop
After getting used to living life inside the Vault and seeing what the wasteland has to offer, you may want to customize your favorite Dwellers to make them easier to see and select. In addition to outfits, weapons, and pets, you can change your Dwellers features at the Barbershop.

How To Change Your Dwellers' Appearance
To change a Dweller's appearance, assign them to the Barbershop. When you zoom into the room, you can select the option to customize them.
They'll hop into the salon styling chair and you'll see a menu to change their hairstyle, hair color, and facial features. Each change will cost a different sum of bottle caps and amount of time to complete.

You'll need to upgrade the Barbershop to level two to change your Dweller's facial features, which costs 50,000 bottle caps initially. Afterwards🐲, you can access many new styles to choꦡose from.
How To Get Ghoul Dwellers
Ghouls are a fact of the wasteland. Irradiated humans end up looking different than the usual Dwellers, but you can alter the appearanc🧸e of your Dwellers to make them Ghoulish.
After upgrading the Barbershop so you can change a Dweller's facial features, you can apply the Ghoul mask. Thankfully, unlike actual irradiated Ghouls, you won't risk any radiation damage to the others in your Vault.
