14 years ago, Aaron Paul attended a . He isn’t in�🐬� the game, nor has he spoken about it publicly before, but perhaps there is a deeper connection between Breaking Bad’s Jesse Pinkman and Fallout than meets the eye.

This feels especially prescie🎀nt because, in an interview with , producer Jonathan Nolan confirmed that not only was Paul at the premiere for the Amazon show, but he also expressed interest in being a part of the second season. My theory is that he was invited to the Fallout: New Vegas launch event following his 🉐explosion of fame starring as Jesse, and it was some sort of getaway into playing the series. In the 14 years since, Paul has become something of a die-hard fan.

“Yeah, Aaron Paul was at the premiere, a human being I love so much,” Nolan said. “And he was very polite. He was very enthusiastic about the show. There was sort of an unspoken kind of like, ‘What’s up, man?’ But we’ve been🤪 hearing from so many people, and it’s kind of fun to see the Fallout🤡 fans come out of the woodwork. People you’ve known a long time and you realize, ‘Oh, you’ve been playing this whole time.’”

It’s surreal in how it harkens back to a time where developers and publishers wouldn’t hesitate to involv♕e random actors in the promotion of their products, because surely any name big enough can earn you the right kind of publicity. It’s like when Zac Efron appeared at the Halo 3 launch event while High School Music💫al was taking over the world. He and Paul are two peas in a gamer pod.

He seems like a good sport, and whenever he’s roped into promotional events like this he is keen to make it look like more than an easy paycheque. at the time, he took the role in Kingsglaive because it sounded like an interesting opportunity, which spurred on a desire to actually play the franchise he had become a part of. Except he said he’d probably start from the first one, which is a rookie move if I ever saw 𓆏one.

Paul also played a part in the later seasons of Westworld, which would explain his friendship with Nolan. So it could just be a very happy coincidence that he went to make Fallout an🀅d the Breaking Bad star happened to attend a launch party for one of the games years ago.

Regardless of how correct I definitely am, he’d be a perfect addition to the cast. Despite ending over a decade ago now, Breaking Bad remains a constant fixture of popular culture, ❀and Aaron Paul along with it. I loved his work in BoJack Horseman too, which single-handedly showed us that Paul has so much range as an actor that he could easily bring to something like Fallout.

He could introduce a fourth perspective to the show, possibly from a faction outside of New Vegas where he tried to escape prior to its evꦐentual devastation. There are so many directions this casting could go. This is some real Butterfly Effect shenani🤡gans and I love it.
