As expensive as it can be to play everything you want, there are also more games available via subscription services or in some cases entirely free than ever before. Epic is back to give you games for free in an attempt to lure you away from Steam and start using its storefront for PC gaming instead, and this week one of its free games is aꦇ big one.
That's partly because it's technically three games. The Fallout Classic Collection is the first three games in the series bundled together. No, that doesn't include 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Fallout 3. The collection is made up of Fallout, Fallout 2, and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Fallout Tactics: Brotherhood Of Steel. The collection hasn't been available to buy through Epic before, but buying the three games via the storefront individually costs $29.97, so you can save yourself almost $30 by claiming them for free between now and September 5.
This isn't a subscription service situation where the games will disappear at a later date. There's no catch, once you've claimed the collection, it is yours to keep, even if you have never or will never buy a game from the 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Epic Games Store again.
Whether you have fallen in love with Fallout via Amazon's adaptation or you've played the modern Fallout games and you want to experience more, you should take note of what the games included in the Classic Collection actually are. While they are set in the same universe as Fallout 3 and beyond, they're a lot older and therefore very different visually. They're top-down and Brotherhood Of Steel, in particular, will be very different from any Fallout experience you've had before.
