Updated on September 14, 2023: Now that we've unlocked the remaining types of Logs and Lumber in Fae Farm, we're updating our guide to reflect our completed Almanac to better help you find every kind of wood in Fae Farm.
The Logging Skill, Explained
In Fae Farm, you'll immediately notice several different types of trees l⭕ittered about on your Homestead when t⛎he Mayor first brings you over there.
While this is your introduction to Logging in Fae Farm, there are six total types of wood available throughout the game. They can be found in the Raw Materials tab of the Almanac, under the Wood category.
Each type of wood in this Almanac entry will have three variations included: Logs you receive for cutting down the tree, Lumber that you've processed using a Lumber Station to process raw Logs into usable wood, and Saplings for replanting.
When you first start playing Fae Farm, you're only able to chop Beech Trees early on, warned that your axe isn't strong enough for the Oak Trees that are also on your property.
To begin chopping down tougher Logs in Fae Farm, you'll need to consistently upgrade your axe to take on the jobs. Every new type of wood you find will require a stronger axe.
Use The Lumber Station To Process Wood
As we alluded to above, the Lumber Station is your crafting station for processing your Logs into Lumber.
This station can process every kind of wood, and it produces one piece of Lumber per ten Logs of the same kind of wood.
Lumber is used for intricate furniture items, as well as several of your 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:house upgrades, so bꦰe sure to check what you can process every now and again to stay on top of th⛦e processing time.
