It's no wonder that Harley has also made the trip to most other media forms too, including her many, many video game appearances. Batman may have been the character who started it all for Harley, but she's made a name for herself since then. One which continues to bless the🔯 video game medium.
Some lesser-known games won't be included as they have little to offer Harley Quinn, so ranking these select appearances would become pointless. Examples include Sinoalice and DC Battle Arena.

In this game, you can switch outfits on the fly, allowing you not to feel or become restrained to a singular look, which is the best thing this version of Harley has. All else is decent enough, but with the game's cancellation, Harley is no more.

Harley's minimal appearance in Scribblenauts Unmasked is a team-up with the Doppelganger, resulting in Robin and Max chasing the two down. In classic Harley fashion, she's spinning puns and going all out to thwart her foes.

DC Legends is one of those rare cases where a big-n🐭ame mobile game is actually a ton of fun to play. One of the unlockable chaꦕracters is Harley with an appropriately named special attack, "Big Smasheroony." In fact, all of her attacks have Harley-esque titles, extending to the look of these hits too.

Batman Chaos in Gotham is tricky because the game has very little Harley in it. What makes up for it is just how great this smidgen of the character was. Making her appearance during a boss fight where she and Joker juggle bowling pins (yes, you heard that right), Batman has to take them out. Her cameo is as simple as that. Depending on whether the player chooses the hero or villain path, Harley will appear as either an enemy (hero path) or an ally (villain path). She also has multiple costumes, including one that arrived with the Birds of Prey pack launching in 2020 al🍌ongside the movie. Harley is a valued ally and one of the strongest in the game.

Taking a completely different approach, Batman the Enemy Within swaps the roles of Harley and Joker, instead making Harley the one to manipulate Joker. It also explores Harley's past and how her father's suicide drove her to the motives she holds today. While the game itself had a bundle of problems, one of its highlights was the inclusion of Harley's past.
