Epic Mickey: Rebrushed Is The Kind Of Remas🦋ter We N๊eed
As someone who nev💟er played this Wii cl💟assic, I'm glad it's finding a new home.
Ever since Epic Mickey: Rebrushed was first revealed, fans have wondered just how much of the original game it was going to improve upon. At first, it seemed like more of a remaster, but then it leaked that Mickey would have a bunch of new platforming and combat moves, pushing the dial more towards remake. ꦍ168澳洲幸运5开奖网:One big hope fan♌s had was for full voice-acting, something that's just been deconfirmed.
Epic Mickey: Rebrushed Isn't Adding Full Voice-Acting
, Epic Mickey: Rebrushed got a brand-new trailer that gave us our best look at the game yet. Beyond showing us just how much work has been put into the new visuals, we also got confirmation that the reborn Wii classic isn't going to be getting fully voice-acted cutscenes like some fans hoped.
Right at the start of the trailer, Mickey can be seen stepping out of a projector with Gremlin Gus and talking to Gremlin Gus. This would be where you'd expect full voice acting but, just like the original game, Mickey only speaks in random squeaks and noises. We also see later in the trailer that in-game dialogue isn't voiced and works just like it did in the original game.
While I'm sure some fans will be disappointed that voice-acting hasn't been added to the remake, there are a ton of other changes. Mickey has a bunch of new core movement skills, such as dashing, sprinting, and ground-pounding, which we get to see glimpses of in the trailer. There are also a bunch of new secrets and collectibles, including 150 pieces of concept art.
The THQ showcase also confirmed t💙hat Epic Mickey: Rebrushed will have a photo mode, which should be perfect for showing off the stunning n🌺ew visuals.
THQ also confirmed that Epic Mickey: Rebrushed has been remade from "the ground up", so even though there's still no voice acting outside of Yen Sid, there's a lot for old fans to appreciate.
