There are a few pre-requisite quests you need to complete first, like unlocking your Flame Altar to at least level 4 and heading over to the Nomad Highlands, a biome to the east of the map. Where To Find Mint Mushroom Meat?

Mint Mushroom Meat can be collected from large green mushrooms located in the Shrouded areas of the Nomad Highlands the large biome to the east of the map before you reach the Kindlewastes, the desert. The area is just east of the Pillars Of Creation, as shown on the map above.

To access this area, you'll need to ✨upgrade your Flame Altar up until at least level 4, as otherwise you won't be able to enter the area - the Shroud will be covered in a red fog.

Once cleared, the Shroud you're looking for has a slight greenish tint as shown in the image below.
