FromSoftware's games are known for their specific brand of storytelling. They are at times subtle, relying on item descriptions to make sense of the world around you and the original Elden Ring is no different. 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Elden Ring Nightreign takes a stark turn away from much of this, instead putting the emphasis o💝n more direct means of storytelling.

168澳洲幸运5开奖网: 9 Best Indie Roguelikes
There's a lot of grea𒆙t indie roguelikes out there, bu🌃t these are the best.
In Nightreign, you play as Nightfarers, pre-set characters with a story and playstyle all their own, and this comes with plenty of memor💟ies to remember as well. Wydler in particular is linked with other char♍acters, and has more than a few memories that open up more areas in the Rountable Hold.
What Is The Journal?
The Journal is a big book that can be found in the Rountable Hold, and contains the memories of each of the Nightfarers in the game. At the beginning, there will only be a single entry for each character in it, with more unlocked as you play through the game. While this can vary for each of them, they are typically unlocked one at a time, for approximately🎃 eight entries total.
The journal entries for every character can be viewed any time you are in the Roundtable Hold, regardless of who you are playing as. Just make sure you complete Remembrances as they appear, as you cannot get new journal entries unt♍il it is completed first.
How To Unlock Memory Fragments
Memory Fragments are what are used to unlock new journal entries and Remembrances. The game makes it sound like they are an item you must find and pick up, but rather they are automatically given to you as soon as you meet the requirements for them. That said, they never appear in your inventory. Rather, they just unlock the next journal entry or Remembrance you need for the character you are playing as.
So how do you unlock them? Well, it depends. Some characters have their own methods, though these are random and never explicitly explained. The only surefire method of gaining new Memory Fragments is by ဣcompleting Expeditions and beating the Nightlord at the very end. In general, later Remembrances require further progress.
For example, you can unlock the very first Remembrance by just making it to the boss at the end of the first night, regardless of if you beat them or not. The second Remembrance may not unlock until you reach the Nightlord, while ᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚthe third ওand final Remembrance will likely not unlock until you have beaten a Nightlord with the character in question.
In rare circumstances, such as with Raider, beating a Nightlord might not unlock the next Remembrance, but the next Journal entry instead. Unfort🍰unately, it does seem as though you can only ever find one Memory Fragment per match, regardless of how well you do.
Wylder's Remembrances
As is the case with all other Nightfarers, Wylder has three Remembrances for you to unlock and relive. However, they are quite involved, spreading you across both Limveld and the Roundtable Hold, and at times even unlocking new locations in the latter. You can begin theꦛm from the latest entry in his Journal once it is available.
Completing Remembrances is worth it for the personal backstories of the characters alone, though they come with powerful gameplay benefits as well, making them all the more worth it. Here are all🍸 three of Wylders, and how to complete them.
Remembrance #1
Wylder's first Remembrance is quite long, and has you trekking out to Limveld.ꦐ Here are each of the objectives, and some tips on how to achieve the🦩m:
As Duchess is involved in this Remembrance, she must be unlocked as a playable character before it will become available.
- Speak with Iron Menial.
- Travel to a Cave in Limveld to find a Whetstone.
- Defeat the Crystalian enemy protecting the Whetstone.
- Return to Iron Menial.
- Ask to loan the earring.
- Hold the earrings up to the light. This will be marked on the minimap, and is done in the shaft of light in the room behind Iron Menial.
- Give the repaired earring to the Duchess.
You are put into Realm of Remembrance during a Remembrance, and you must remain inside it to complete your objective in Limveld. Thankfully, it will be marked on the map in red to help you find it, and can be found at the end of any cave system. Keep in mind it will be protected by a Crystalian enemy, and they must be defeated before you ca🌠n pick up the Whetstone. Just remember to stance break them to trivialise the encounter.
Beyond this, the remaining objectives are simple. Just follow the markers on the minimap, and you will be given a unique Relic, the Slate Whetstone, that gives Wylder a new followℱ-up attack to h෴is Claw Shot when using a Greatsword.
Only one Remembrance can be active during a match,꧃ so it is best to try to complete these objectives solo. You are free to be defeated once you hav𝐆e completed the objective.
Remembrance #2
In Wylder's second Remembrance, you have to thoroughly explore the Roundtable Hold, though you graciously do not need to go to Limveld at all this tim🐬e. Here are the objectives and where to find them:
- Find the changes in Roundtable Hold. This has you going to the room with the Visual Codex and reading letters from the various piles around the room, three in total.
- After interacting with the last one, a door opens somewhere, and you must talk to Iron Menial. This is the door beneath the stairs that leads to the grassy area near the entrance of Roundtable Hold.
- Enter the newly-opened Crypt and speak with the Iron Menial.
- Examine the tombs in the crypt, then speak to Duchess on the shore.
This will complete this Remembrance, and unlock a new Relic Rite for Wylder.
Remembrance #3
Wylder's final Remembrance has you returning to Limveld, this time with a very specific Shifting Earth Event in place. It has you defeat another enemy guarding an item, though the circumstances are much more complicated this tim🐻e around. Here are all of the objectives, and how to achieve them:
- Pick up the key from the table.
- Head down the stairs to the crypt and open the chest with the key.
- Speak to the Recluse. You have an option of how to respond here, though both will progress the Remembrance.
- Talk to the Iron Menial about the Silver Tear.
- Find a Silver Tear in Limveld. This will be in the Eternal City Shifting Earth event, which spawns while in the Realm of Remembrance.
The beginning few steps are simple enough, especially since they are marked on the map. It's finding the Silver Tear that is much more difficult. While it is marked on the map, it is guarded by a Spirit Troll in the very corner of the Eternal City. Where the circle almost immediately 🐻encompasses when it♔ starts to close.
Because of this, it is best to challenge the Eternal City at the very beginning of the second day, when you have ꦫmore time, and have already gained a few levels from the first day. When running to the area with the Silver Tear however, be very careful with how you approach. A Black Knife Assassin lingers around this area, and will happily invite themself into the battle if they see you.
When battling the troll, take frequent advantage of Wylder's Ultimate Art. This deals incredible stagger damage, which🧜 is exactly what you♌ need to cut down this enemy quickly. Once they're defeated, pick up the Silver Tear and head on your merry way. You are free to be defeated at any pount after this.
Even if the Black Knife Assassin enters the battle, they do not need to be defeated to pick up the Silver Tear, just the troll.
Return to the Iron Menial with the now with the Silver Tear, which will conclude this Remembrance. This will unlock the Silver Tear Relic for Wylder, as well as his Remembrance outfit. When defeating the final boss with Wylder after completing all three Remembrances, you will get an extended ending unique to him.
