Elden Ring 🧔Nightreign: Revenant Nig🌠htfarer Guide
Reve🎉nant is a standout support class with some of the most unique abilities in Elden Ring Nightreignꦰ.
But as with most RPGs and roguelikes, you don't have everythinꦜg unlocked by default. The Revenant is locked behind a difficult Night Idol boss, an optional fight you must complete solo. Besting the Night Idol is no small feat. Fortunately, we have some tips that should make this fight a little easier🔜. But first, let's go over how to unlock the Night Idol fight.
How To Start The Night Idol Fight
The Night Idol fight is unlocked after you purchase the Besmirched Idol from the Small Jar Bazaar in Roundtable Hold. This item will become available upon u 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:nlocking the Duchess Nightfarer. Once you purcha🌊se the item, load a new instance of Roundtable Hold.
Once you spawn, enter the east wing and look to your left. You should see a phantom staring at one of the paintings on the wall. Interacting with the phantom will start the Night Idol fight with your current Nightfarer. You'll 🅠need to juggle multiple enemies throughout the fight, so characters with ranged 𒈔capabilities or high survivability are recommended. Some good characters include Recluse, Ironeye, Wylder, and Guardian.
How To Defeat The Night Idol
You will be set to Level 6 with your Nightfarer's starter weapon🔜. There are no drops or runes you can leverage here.
You'll spawn right outside of the Night Idol's arena, a carbon copy of the Revenant with her whole family of ephemeral summons by her side. You nꦕeed to defeat the Night Idol without ⛦dying to finish the fight. Should you perish, you'll need to restart the fight from the beginning. If you're playing a Wylder, his cheat death passive won't reset the fight, but you'll only get to use it once.
Revenant is all about add co༺🍎ntrol. She will have three summons fighting for your attention:
- Helen: An agile summon who wields a rapier. They have low HP but deal high damage up close.
- Frederick: A pumpkin head phantom with slow, hard-hitting attacks. Strafe around them to find a safe opening.
- Sebastian: A massive, stationary skeleton who acts as a turret. Take cover behind the nearby pillars to avoid its beam attack.
Helen is arguably the most dangerous summon, as their high speed makes it difficult to isolate Revenant in melee combat. Frederick has telegraphed attacks that are easy to dodge, and Sebastian's immobile state means you can avoid most of their attacks if you fight near the pillars of the arena. Never fight in the open.
Revenant herself will aggℱressively charge your character and attack with her claw weapon. If you can kite her around the nearby pillars, you can remain safe from most of her attacks. Th🥃e main concern here are the summons, not Revenant herself.
We found it easiest to kill Helen, get Frederick away from Revenant, then attack Revenant with the small opening you've made. When Frederick ge𓆉ts close, back away and wait for them to follow you; Sebastian shouldn't be much of an issue if you avoid fighting in the open. They're absurdly tanky, so avoid killing them if you can help it.
The fight ends once Revenant dies, not her minions. You want to constantly be dealing chip damage to her throughout the fight, avoiding her minions unless absolutely necessary. Taking out Helen is advised since they're so aggressive, but the other two phantoms don't pose an issue. Remember to use your character abilities, fight near the pillars, and you should come out on top after a few tries. Best the Night Idol to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:unlock the Revenant Nightfarer.
