The demigods in 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Elden Ring are central to the plot, not only for their actions, but also for their blood🔜 relations with one another. Yet understanding how they all reꦛlate with each other can be confusing, since the game purposely obfuscates information so the player has to fill in a lot of gaps.

Spoilers For The Game And The DLC!
Demigod Family Tree
The demigods are the children of Marika, marked in the above image with a red li♓ne. This includes the children she had with Godfrey, with Radagon, and the ones Radagon had with Rennala (Radagon and Marika are the same person, so any chil😼d of Radagon is a demigod).
Godrick is also considered a demigod, even though he isn’t directly connected to Marika. It seems that the bloodlines of demigods can generate more demigods, but we lack examples from t𒁏he other characters to know if this is always the case.
The other descendants marked in the image are Nepheli Loux and Millicent, but as far as we can tell, they aren’t demigods. Nepheli Loux traces her bloodline back to Godfre🧜y after he left the Lands Between (so there is no link to Marika), while Millicent and her sisters seem to be born from rot buds, making them closer to the Outer God of ꦯRot than to Marika and her Golden Order.
The player character is a Tarnished, ther✤efore a descendant of Godfrey and his companions after they left the Lands Between. They aren’t included, sin♛ce they are not likely to be direct descendants of Godfrey.
Where Is Maliketh?
Most people include Maliketh in Marika’s family tree due to his armor describing him as her “Half-Brother,” but beyond that, nothing really marks them as family. All the other wolf-like creatures and descriptions point towards him being Marika’s shadow, a loyal vassal given to her by the Two Fingers.
He is still important in the grand scheme of things, but not blood-related to Marika in any way. 🉐Him being called a “Half-Brother” can be anything from a mistranslation, to a loose interpretation of his role as a long-time guardian of Marika.
Family Members
Each member of the family has their own reason to be in the tree, although not everyone has a lot of information about them. We will now cover what we know ab🌳out each of them, and why they were included to begin with.
Marika And Radagon
It all starts with Marika’s ascension to godhood, betraying the Hornsent and forming the Golden Order. We know that she and Radagon are the same person, but we don’t know if it has been this way since birth or if Radagon was created later.
They both started as loyal to the Golden Order, and Marika was given Maliketh by the Two Fingers as her “shadow.” This term seems to imply that Maliketh (and all other wolf-like creatures like him) wa💖s created 🏅by the Two Fingers to serve and keep an eye on Marika.

Radagon also had a wolf, which you can find in Raya Lucaria as a minor boss. Although we don’t know if this wolf was simply a pet of his, or something similar to Maliketh; if the latter is true, it would make Radagon something similar to Marik📖a, or that the Two Fingers knew they were one and the same, so they had a wolf keep watch of Radagon as well.
Messmer
We know for a fact that 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Messmer is a son of Marika, but we aren’t shown the father, although his red hair seems to point towards Radagon. The remembrance of Gaius seems to indicate that Messmer was like an older brother to Radahn, meaning that he had contact with the other demigods before being sent to the Realm of Shadow.
Like all children born from the union of Marika and Radagon, Messmer has a curse: a malevolent snake that gives him visions of destructive fire. While it was suppressed by Marika using a seal of Grace, she eventually sent him to the Realm of Shadow, so that he may eternally purge the Hornsent.
Melina
Very little is known about Melina, but the few hints that there are seem to point to her being another child of Marika, and an Empyrean at that. Her constant mention of Mari🌺ka and the fact that she was born at the foot of the Erdtre♓e make her, at the very least, a demigod.
Empyreans are demigod𒆙s th🦩at have the potential to become gods.
Melina mentions that her body was burned, her spirit being all that remains, and the DLC tells us that Messmer had a sister with visions of fire. This makes Radagon the likely father of Melina, and if she was a child cursed with visions of fire, she was also likely the Gloam-Eyed Queen.
The Gloam-Eyed Queen is mentioned briefly in Elden Ring, but we know that she was an Empyrean, and that Maliketh was responsible for slaying her. This Queen was the original owner of the Rune of Death, and while we 🙈don’t know her goals, we know that Maliketh took said rune f൲rom her.
Since all Empyreans are children of Marika, connect🐷ing the dots makes us see the Gl🎃oam-Eyed Queen and Melina as the same character. We can even see the “Gloam Eye” in the Flame of Frenzy ending, with Melina being the sole survivor of the fire cleansing.
Godfrey
Godfrey was Marika’s first Elden Lord, making her previous union with Radagon not an official one, at least in the eyes of the Two Fingers. After the war campaign was over, Godfrey was banished from the Lands Between, ending up in the Badlands and becoming Hoarah Loux, the Tarnished warrior.
Hoarah Loux and his warriors became the first Tarnished, and all other Tarnished are descendants of them. However, it seems that Hoarah Loux only has one direct descendant in the game, at🌠 least from the Tarnished side, and that is Nepheli Loux.
Godwyn
The golden child of Marika and Godfrey, Godwyn was greatly beloved during his time, and a fierce warrior capable of going toe to toe against Ancient Dragons. His biggest impact, however, came with his death, since he was the first demigod to die.
In the timeline, he died before the Shattering but after all demigods were born, slain in the Night of the Black Knives. His soul was slain, but his body remained, becoming a d🅠ecaying mass that spread undeath, bringing corpses back to life.

He did, however, have a number of descendants that can be traced down to Godrick the Grafted. While Godrick is considered a demigod, his bloodline is highly diluted,🔯 hence why hꦯe is clearly the weakest among the demigods.
You can also find Godefroy, another descendant of Godwyn, trapped in an Evergaol. He, however, uses the same model as Godrick, so while he is a canonical member of the family, he seems more like a reused asset than an actual i𒁃n-lore character.
The Omen Twins, Morgott And Mohg
These twins were born with the Omen affliction, having horns growing in the strangest of places, and they were shunned in the society built by the Golden Order. This was likely because they reminded Marika of the Hornsent, her sworn enemies from the Realm of Shadow, w🐬ho saw horns as a divin🙈e element.
Why exactly did Marika have twins with horns isn’t known, but she might trace her own bloodline to the Hornsent themselves. In any 🐠case, it isn’t likely that the Omen Twins got t🍰heir affliction from their father, Godfrey.
Each Twin dealt with their status as outcasts differently. Mohg ended up deep underground, giving his allegiance to an Outer God, the Formless Mother, while Morgott remained loyal to the Golden Order; Mogott likely had a good relaܫtionship with his father, as implied by Godfrey’s reaction upon seeing Morgott’s body.
Rennala
Rennala is a Carian royal, whose house was at war with the Golden Order. To solve this matter peacefully, Radagon married Rennala, and three more children were born from their union, yet this wasn’t meant to last: eventually, Radagon broke it off with Rennala to become Marika’s Elden Lord.
This devastated Rennala, who loved Radagon deeply and never got over his departure. This infatuation with red-haired warriors seems to run in the family, since her sister Rellana ended up going through a similar story with Messmer, following him to the Rea𝕴lm of Shadow 🦩and loyally serving him.
Rykard, Radahn And Ranni
While these three siblings are each incredibly interesting, there isn’t much of a mystery as to how they fit into the family tree. Rykard, Radahn, and Ranni are all children of the union between Radagon and Rennala, each sporting the red hair that seems to be so str🐼ong in Radagon’s bloodline.
In case you are wondering, Ranni has a different hair color because her body died long ago. She was the mastermind behind the Ni♓ght of the Black Knives, and while her assassins killed Godwyn’s soul, they also killed Ranni’s body.
Ranni’s current body is a puppet modeled after her mentor, the Snow Witch. So, while we never meet th൲e Snow Witch in the game, we 𝔉know what she looks like: a four-armed small humanoid with long black hair.
Miquella
When Marika and Radagon joined once more, they had twins, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:the male one being Miquella. As we know, children born from this union are cursed, and it seems that Miquella was cursed with eternal youth (although that doღesn’t seem t꧂o stop him from hatching many plans).
Curiously, Miquella has another half called St. Trina, patron of love and sleep. He is the only one of Marika’s children to have inherited her dual nature, but St. Trina isn’t treated by the game as a demigod, or𒁏 even as a child of Marika, and we once again wonder if this other half was there from birth, or if it was attained later in life.
Malenia
The female twin was Malenia, and her curse seems to be the hardest of them all: she was chosen by the Outer God of Rot as its avatar, being forever afflicted by r🦄ot and losing an ꦛarm and a leg to the affliction.
In her fight with Radahn after the Shattering, Malenia unleashes her Scarlet Aeonia on Caelid, corrupting the land with rot. Flowers blossomed from this rot, giving birth to several maidens with an uncanny resemblance to Malenia, Millicent chief among them.
