Description

Conjuration

Druid

Teleport your party via plants.

This is an incredibly useful 🍃spell if you have no other high-level casters in your party with access to teleportation spells. Druids with access to sixth-level spells can cast Transport via Plants to magically transport their part from one large plant to another at any distance, so long as they are on the same plane of existence.

The only catch here is that you must have seen or touched the destination plant at least one other time before casting the spell. Once cast, the portal is open for one minute, and any creature can step through it. So long as you're in a realm with an abꦬundance of trees, you'll be able to get almost anywhere with this spell in your back pocket.

Description

Divination

Bard, Cleric, Druid

Seek out destinations.

Find the Path is a spell that works best with a merciful DM, but if you have the proper materials (a set of divination tools w꧒orth 100 gp or more), this spell can be a real boon. When you cast this spell and concentrate, you༒ can magically sense the direct route to a location of your choice that you name. However, you do have to be familiar with the locale, and this spell doesn't work on moving targets or other planes of existence.

Find the Path is great for exploration-based campaigns or perhaps evenꦫ survival-based ones. If your party is starving in a winter tempest and needs to find shelter, you can cast this spell to return to the ca💫ve you slept in the previous night or perhaps even a town you once traveled through.

Guards and Wards has a high ceiling of skill expression for veteran players. When casting this spell (which takes one hour), you can ward an area up to 2,500 square feet of floor space for 25 hours. When you do so, you ward off an area of your choice, providing the following effects: fog-filled corridors, magically locked doors, cobwebbed staircases, and a fourth effect of your choosing between Dancing Lights, Magic Mouth, Stinking Cloud, Gust of Wind, and Suggestionꦗ.

Evocation

Cleric

Create a wall of sharp, moving blades.

While wizards tend to be the masters of terrain manipulation, the other Du𝄹ngeons & Dragons casters don't fall too far behind. Blade Barrier gives clerics a way to mold the battlefield to benefit them, creating an impressive wall that can be up to 100 feet long, damaging foes tha✃t may wish to pass through it.

Granted, your allies will suffer the damage as well, so be sure to use this spell on😼ly when creatures are chasing you. Not only do enemies suffer 6d10 force damage when passing through the wall, but the barrier itself serves as cover, making it ideal against foes that are slow and relegated to the melee range.

Summon a cauldron that can copy potion effects.

Tasha’s Bubbling Cauldron is a new spel🔥l added to the 2024 Player's Handbook, allowing you to summon a cauldron and have it produce various potions depending on your ability modifier. The potions disappear if you cast this spell again, but otherwise,ꦆ you get to keep them, meaning that this is one of the best spells to cast during downtime.

There are several enticing options to choose from when it🐼 comes to creating potions, particularly since you don't need to have the potion in hand already. You can give your entire party the strength of a giant, resistanc🎶e to fire, or have them benefit from Freedom of Movement without needing to concentrate on any single spell.

Description

Necromancy

Bard, Sorcerer, Warlock, Wizard

Force a creature to sleep, be frightened🃏, or be poisoned.

Eyebite tends to be overlooked when compared to other s𒐪pells, particularly due to action economy revolving around combat. The thing is, the role of Eyebite isn't the same as other spells that target several creatures at once; the point of the spell is to incapacitate one creature, either a priority target in combat or during a social encounter, where combat is the last t❀hing you want to do.

Description

Conjuration

Bard, Cleric, Druid

Give your party several benefits for 24 hours.

Heroes’ Feast is a spell that can be the deciding factor between victory and defeat. Unlike a strategically placed fireball that is cast during battle, though, Heroes’ Feast must be cast well in advance of a fight. This means it is really only useful when you know for sure 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:a fight is looming near.

This spell takes ten minutes to cast and one hour to consume the feast it provides, but it affects up to 12 creatures. The feast cures all diseases and poisons and confers immunity to poison and being frightened. Affected creatures also gain an additional 2d10 hit points add🐓ed to their maximum. These effects last for 24 hours.

Gain Truesight.

In a fantasy setting full of illusions, shape-changers, and trapped dungeons, it is almost a necessity to be able to see things for what they truly are. Casting True Seeing gives the caster Truesight. This allows the🙈m to see anything that is hidden or altered via magic or some other means, whether it is a living being or an inanimate object.

True Seeing also allows the caster to see into the Ethereal Plane. The spell has a range of 120 feet and has a very long duration of one hour. Such a long duration is incredibly useful because the caster will probably have the use of true seeing until🅘 the party needs to rest again.
