What Are Debilitations?

Debilitations are a group of negative status ailments that can be inflicted upon the Arisen, their p🐻awns, and even your♔ foes.

A debilitation can either damage you directly or weaken you to other sources of damage.

Each debilitation h⭕as a cure that can be accessed by using the associated medicine fo𓆏r each debilitation.

Curatives like and are cure-all items that can remove any debilitations. These items should be saved for emergencies.

Blighted

  • Cure:

Blighted is essentially the "poisoned" status effect of Dragon's Dogma 2, afflicting the targe🔯t with small ticks of damage over time (DoT) that wear down your heaꦡlth.

While Blighted is dangerous enough as it is, allow this debilitation to go untreated while continuing to take further attacks, and you'll be afflicted with an even more dangerous ailment: Fulminant Poison.

Your pawn will begin to exhibit strange, resistant behaviors and may even attack friendlies.

Check if your pawn has red eyes, as this is a sign of Dragonsplague.

Drenched

Drenched is both a debilitation🌌 itself and the cure to another debilitation (caught fire).

This debilitation doesn't damage you but alters the effects that the following elemental attacks will have on you.

  • Fire attacks will deal reduced damage.
  • Lightning attacks will leave you numbed.
  • Ice attacks will leave you ice-bound.

Rain will drench you naturally, so be careful when jumping straight into battle during a rain storm, as you'll be much weaker to ice and lightning attacks.
