It wasn't that long ago that Bandai Namco revealed that Go♋han,ꦗ Beerus, Videl, Whis, and a bunch of other characters were going to be playable in Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero, but that didn't stop fans wondering when we'd find out the next batch of fighters. That day has arrived, and the new characters and mechanics revealed are a big win, even if they're not that surprising.

Dragon Bal🧸l: Sparking Zero Looks Like A Mix Of Raging Blast An💦d Budokai Tenkaichi
Sparking Zero's gameplay deep-ꩲdive showcased a lot of respect for both Budokai Tenkaichi a💃nd, more surprisingly, Raging Blast.
As usual, the latest round of Dragon Ball: Spark🌳ing Zero character reveals came from the more recent issue of V-Jump, which means that we can probably expect a new trailer in the next week or so. The issue doesn't reveal as many characters as the last one did, but the ones shown off are all exciting nonetheless.
Fusions Are Confirmed For Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero
, the latest issue of V-Jump reveals that Goten, Kid Trunks, Kale, an💎d Caulifla are all going to be in Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero. Not only that, but their respective fusion forms, Gotenks and Kefla, are ꦕalso confirmed to be in the game, confirming that Fusions are going to be making a return.
It's a little harder to see considering how much room Goten, Kid Trunks, Kale, and Caulifla take up, but right at the bottom of the page, you can see Gotenks using his Super Ghost Ultra Kamikaze Attack next to Kefla, who is charging up her Ray Blast. Gotenks is also shown in his Super Saiyan form, which hopefully means we don't just get Super Saiyan 3 like in FighterZ.
That doesn't come as a big surprise considering we already see Kale in a previous trailer, but we haven't actually had confirmation that Fusions are going to be in Sparking Zero just yet. That also opens the door for Gogeta and Vegito (as well as their failed Fusions) to be playable when the game launches.
Here's hoping we get a version of Gogeta from the Dragon Ball Super: Broly movie, alongside his non-canon Dragon Ball Z version that only appeared in the Power of Fusion movie.
Aside from those character reveals, the latest issue of V-Jump doesn't show much more about the game. It does have an image showing all five characters standing side-by-side, . We'll have to wait until the trailer or translations to find out a little more.
