10 Charac꧙ters We Want To See In Dragon ball: Sparking! Zero

There are 🅠plenty of gal♐axies out there with powerful fighters, after all.

Now that Sparking Zero has been broཧught to us on current hardware, the series has been more lively and chock-full of hidden deta🍸ils only true fans of the series will notice. We will look at some of the best Easter eggs that show how much the developers catered to Dragon Ball fans.

10 Unique Charging Auras 🙈

Many Charging Auras Reflect A Character's Nature

Broly charges his ki in hyperbolic time chamber.

In the Dragon Ball Sparking series, many characters shared the sam✅e charging aura animation. It would only differ if a character was in their base or super forms (Blue/white to Gold). There were a few unique colors when dealing with villains, such as Frieza's purple 🦋aura or Broly's green aura.

With Sparking Zero, details have been en🎃hanced as all fighters have two charging animations that change once they are close to activating Sparking mode. Many unique auras have been added, such as Broly's Legಌendary Super Sayian Aura, which now surrounds him in a color-changing dome. Another is Hercule, who doesn't have an aura but instead a spotlight from a crowd.

9 🌳 Versus Speciꦰfic Intros

These Characters Have A Lot To Say

Trunks scowls at his opponent.

While this hidden detail is far from unique in this series or any other fighting game because of that fact, it is still interesting to see match-ups with characters who have not canonically met throughout the series get a special face-off. With 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:one of the biggest rosters in any🌠 fighting game, 182 and counting, it is great to see what combinations will trigger unique inter✃actions.

Ma🍌ny cha🌺racters who would never cross paths have unique interactions with one another, such as Gogeta Blue and Vegito Blue, who banter about who is actually the strongest. Another is Bardock versus Goku Black, who proceeds to challenge Goku Black once he notices his son's body has been taken over by a Kai.

8 🥀 Solar Flare Against Sunglasses

Not Just Fashionable, But Useful In A Battle

A fully powered Master Roshi flexes his muscles.

Solar Flare is a technique used by many of the Z-Fighters against their opponents across the series. One instance was whe𝓰n Goku used it against Great Ape Vegeta to blind him. Many of the Dragon Ball video games have implemented this move, causing an opponent to be staggered or flash the screen brightly to stun a player.

From Goku becoming Super Saiyan with many hair colors to Frieza achieving his different forms, these are the best transformations in Spa🦂rking Zero.

In Sparking Zero, if performed correctly, oppone𒅌nts will lose sight of their target, leaving them open for an attack. While most of the cast is affected by this technique, only Master Roshi and The Great Saiyaman are unaffected as they are the only two characters who incorporate sunglasses into their costumes.

7 🔥 💜 Team Select Interactions

These Interactions Promote Team Experimentation

Four spikey haired warriors stand beside each other.

In Battle mode, players can select up to five characters per team. As each character is selected, they stand idle next to one another until the player starts the battle. While on this idle screen, characters will interact if thওey correspond to one another through relationships in the so🔴urce material or something outlandish, such as picking all different versions of Kid Goku.

There are many combinations, such as selecting Goku, K🐼rillin, Yamcha, and Master Roshi to trigger a dialogue that solidifies their relationship as the Turtle Hermit School. Another is choosing Frieza, Cooler, and King Cold as they are a family, even though Cooler has never been seen interacting with his family before in the series.

6 Grabs

Recreate Iconic Moments From Across The Series

Toppo crushes Frieza's head.

During a battle, characters are given a grab to use in their arsenal if an opponent is blocking too much during a fight. A grab would byp💙ass the block and punch or swing the opponent away, leaving them open for a combo or a special attack.

When two characters who hav꧑e fought in the source material before are matched against each other, a standard grab is replaced by a special cinematic that highlights moments from the anime/manga. An instance would be Super Saiyan 2 Teen Gohan punching Perfect Cell in the stomach and then uppercutting him. Another would be the God of Destruction Toppo, picking up Frieza (Super) by the head and kicking him while he's down.

5 Broly's Unique Super Move

Four Super Moves?

Broly aggressively grabs Goku's head.

In Sparking Zero players are🅷 able to pick the original Z Broly and Super Broly, who has been added to the Dragon Ball canon since his debut in the Dragon Ball Super: Broly movie. Like many other ch𝔉aracters, Broly's moveset reflects his movie counterpart.

While Super Broly (Super Sayian) has three ultimate moves, he also gains a fourth that replaces one of his existing moves. The move Gigantic Rage has Broly slam his opponents onto the ground, then proceeds to repeatedly punch them. While Super Goku is selected, Super Broly's Gigantic Rage is replaced with Gigantic Crash, which grabs Goku by the ♎head, drags his face against a wall, then tosses him towards the sky.

4 World Tournam﷽ent Stage 🅷

An Accurate Response To Two Planet Destroyers Duking It Out

Announcer nervously announces the upcoming danger.

While Sparking Zero features many iconic stages present across the Dragon Ball medium, a staple returns with the inclusion of the World Martial Arts Tournament stage. In past entries, the Tournament stage would have special properties, such as if you were to knock another player or CPU off the stage, then that would count as a ring out, stopping the match and declaring the 📖victor.

The only places that can survive fights of t🗹his magnitude.

While you can still get a ring out, exclusive to tournament mode, the Tournament stage doesn't have that restriction during a normal versus match. Instead, Sparking Zero's tournament stage boxes in fighters while the crowd watches until an ultimate attack is connected with an opponent. With those requirements met, the announcer pleads the crowd to exit, causing a stampede of viewers to exit the area. This opens up the stag🦋e further, letting players further explore the city.

3 🦩 ඣ Outfit Specific Supers

We Hope To See More Super Swap Outs

Goku stands proudly with Power Pole.

Outfit specific supers were first introduced in Dragon Ball Xenoverse, as each character has multiple outfits that span across different time periods in the series. Each outfit will change the super moves of the character, such as Goku without his weighted clot🐠hes will have a basic move-set reflecting the fight he had with Raditz, while a Goku wearing King Kai's Gi will acquire the spirit bomb and Kaio-ken.

In Sparking Zero, there are only two characters who have outfitted specific supers. While scarce, it is still a first ﷺfor the Sparking! series. Android 18 normally has Sadistic 18 as her ultimate, but it changes to a Destructo Disk when her Majin Buu Saga outfit is chosen. Another unique outfit is the pre-order bonus for Super Goku, which has him acquire the Power Pole from whenꦉ he was a kid.

2 Special Win 🍸Poses 💯

Celebrate An Ultimate Win

Goku holds fist up as the sun shines on him.

Dragon Ball Fighterz added many details and callbacks to the Dragon Ball series, from its stunning visuals to the Dramatic Finishes. A Dramatic Finish is when two character-specific fights fight, such as Gohan versus Cell or Trunks versus Frieza. When a specific stage is select🐻ed and the correct character destroys the opponent with a special attack, then a special victory cinematic plays which references the fight scene in the anime.

Sparking Zero is inspired by the Dꦉramatic Finish, as if certain characters match up and the correct fighter wins with the correct move, then a special winning pose will be displayed instead of the normal winning pose. One instance is if Goku (Mid) wins against Frieza, with his Angry Kamehameha, he will be shown having the same remorseful expression as in the anime/manga. Another is Goku (End) u🌼sing the Dragon Fist against Hirudegarn, which displays Goku throwing up his fist in the air.

1 🎶 Power Levels

Reminder: This Is Not A Balanced Game

Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta menacingly stares while crossing arms.

In Sparking Zero, many characters are not like the others. Despite being a fighting game, many of the charactꦯers are unbalanced as they closely reflect their strength in canon. So, basically, Kid Gohan will have a tough time challenging a Legendary Super Sayian.

While Sparking Zero provides stats for all characters, other ways power is measured through characters. One instance of telling if a character isn't at a low level is if they can break through structures by dashing through them. While a human like Videl can't penetrate boulders, Goku can easily glide through them. Another way to tell is if a character can stagger opponents with their sparki🎃ng activated once their ki gauge is fully charged. A character will have a burst of power to push an opponent, but if said character is weaker than their opponent, then a stagger is not initi🥃ated.
