In an interview with , Busche spoke about how the game's romances are interwoven with the rest of T𝔉he Vꦰeilguard, and how they evolve throughout the narrative.
When asked which romance she considered the 'steamiest', she responded Taash. "I'd have to say Taash. When I got to that scene and saw the finished version of the cinematic,🐈 I was hollering. Hollering," Busche responded.
Every party member in The Veilguard is romanceable, regardless ꦫof gender🐼, race and class. This is distinct from other Dragon Age games, except Dragon Age 2, which had each character having a distinct sexuality.
The Dragon Hunter
Taash is affiliated with the Lords of Fortune, a guild of treasure hunters and dungeoneers. Taash was born in Rivain, possibly in the peaceful Qunari settlement of Kont-aar in the north of the kingdom, but this is unconfirmed. Taash is also the youngest companion in The Veilguard,☂ being of a similar age to Sera who was in her early twenti✨es during the events of Dragon Age: Inquisition.
Busche also spoke about how deepening the bonds with your companions will allow you to shape their skills, and how friendly you are with someone is indicated by their title. Neve Gallus begins as a 'Minrathous Contact' ꦺbut as your bond deepens with her, she'll get a new moniker.
