Dragon Age: The Veilguard Pre-Order Guide - Editions, Pri🥀ce🌼s, Bonuses, And More
The Veilguard♊ will be here on October 31, and you can pre-order your cꦇopy now.
The contained quest space, markers, and some simple placements can make finding most of the notes a breeze, but you'll need to solve two puzzles to complete the quest. However, if yꦕou've mastered the co🌳ncept of Blight Boil puzzles, then this quest should be one of the quickest side quests in Dragon Age: The Veilguard.
Where To Find The Notes In Only An Echo
From the Flooded Farmlands, the four family notes are within reach, with each one marked on your map.
However, you'll still need to search their general areas to find each note, with the introductory example offering a simple Blight Boil puzzle to open up your options.
Note One: The Family Note
You 🍃must investigate the family's d🔯isappearance by completing two tasks:
- Investigate their home
- Find notes from the family members
The task is simple and begins with the family'🦂s home in the Flooded Farmlands.
As you approach it, you'll notice the house is completely blackened by blight.
However, you should notice a Blight Boil, a pulsing pimple-like growth, under a black tree along the snowy path of the Lavendel Barricade to the left.
Hit the first Blight Boil to trigger it to burn away, keeping a close eye on the burning trail it leaves to locate the next Blight Boil.
Hit each Blight Boil in succession, which will eventually clear the front entrance to the house.
Head inside and claim the first note: the Family Note, completing the investigation🍷 of ﷽the house and progressing to the next step with one of four notes.
From here, the neꦬxt note couldn't be much closer, but you'🍌ll need to clear some more Blight Boils first.
Note Two: Emilia Voss' Diary
From inside the house, drop to the front area and hit the Blight Boil located in the destroyed basement area of the house.
The first Blight Boil's trail will lead just above it, and you'll need to find an angle from the space behind the house to hit this tricky second Blight Boil.
Head back inside the house to get a clear shot at Blight Boil three.
From here, there will be a wooden beam revealed, linking the main area of the house to another roo🀅m.
Cross the beam and use a ladder in the room to head upstairs and claim the second note.
Note Three: Ursa Voss' Journal
From the Flooded Farmlands' central area, head southeast toward the marker near the well.
When you reach the well, several Darkspawn will appear; defeat them and you can claim the third note.
Note Four: Rupert Voss' Field Checks
Either follow your marker or re-enter the Fl𓆏ooded Farmlands from the Crossroads path to the south.
The next note should be in this marshy area – check in the center of a small garden patch where you should find the fourth note.
From here, your quest will update and direct you to go seal the well.
Return to the well and investigate it.
After a short cutscene plays, the well will be sealed, and you can return to the villa♏ger, Ida, to collect your reward.
What Rewards Do You Get From Only An Echo?
Ida will compensate you for y🧔our time a🥃nd effort with:
- 500 XP
- Gold
- Materials
