168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Dragon Age: Origins, 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Dragon Age 2 and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Dragon Age: Inquisition creative lead David Gaider has been🙈 posting daily on about some of the behind-the-scenes character decisions the writing t♐eam made on Dragon Age during his time at BioWare.

In a thread about the intricacies of writing Morrigan's son Kieran in Dragon Age: Inquisition, Gaider offhandedly mentions that the Warden almost appeared in the que♏st Here Lies the Abyss, notable for cameoing Hawke and one of Alistair, Loghain and Stroud. Gaider praises the quest as a shining example of the maximum amountಞ of reactivity you can get in a world with so many divergent paths.

"Here Lies the Abyss in [Inquisition] was about as good as it gets, and even that was a far cry from how I originally pictured it 🐷(hello last-minute insert of Stroud when a DAO warden ꧃import got cut)," .

Jean-Marc Stroud Dragon Age Inquisition

Gaider had previously mentioned that the Warden was set to appear in the quest, but this is the first time we've learned that the change was a last-minute one. The primary concern for BioWare was that players would be unhappy if the Warden was voiced. Additionally, this is the first time we've received confirmation that Jean-Marc Str🅷oud was a last-minute replacement for the Warden. Stroud is included if Alistair and Loghain are both unavailable, through death or royal matters.

Stroud conditionally appears in Dragon Age 2. If Hawke takes their living sibling with them into the Deep Roads, Bethany or Carver becomes infe꧃cted with the Taint but can be saved if Anders is in the party, as hಞe will suggest seeking out a nearby group of Grey Wardens. As you might've guessed, the Grey Warden Anders is referring to is Stroud, who agrees to initiate the sickly Hawke sibling into the Order.

Stroud mꩲay once again appear during the conclusion of the game's second act, fighting off Qunari in Kirkwall. However, this only occurs if Alistar isn't an active Grey Warden. If Alistair remains a Grey Warden, then he will appear to Hawke instead of Stroud.

Gaider ✨continues to give away tidbits about Dragon Age's beloved characters on his Bluesky account.
