In Dragon Age: Those Who Speak, readers discover that Sten, the companion from Origins, has been made the new Arishok of the Qunari. As one of the 3 leaders of Qunari society - the Arishok (the body), the Arigena (the mind), and the Ariqun (the soul) - the familiar, distant friend many fans remember from the game has become one of the most powerful Qunari in Theda𒅌s.
8 Cassand🐎ra and the Nevarran🐽 Throne
Cassandra Pentaghast is a member of the Nevarran royal family who left her royal life to train as a Chantry Seeker. But details about this in the books tell a different story.

If the player sides with the mages in the upcoming battle and Fiona appears in Skyhold, she has opportunities to ask in passing about King or Grey Warden Alistair. Fans of the books were overwhelmed at the inclusion of this detail.
In Dragon Age: The Calling, the reader follows Fiona in her younger years as a Grey Warden On one mission. She is assigned to accompany King Maric and the two eventually become lovers. At the end of the novel, months later, Fiona travels to Denerim to meet Maric and tell him she is carryi🉐ng his child: Alistair.
5 The Gr🍒iffons
In Originꦓs, the player may happen upon a conversation or codex entry that reveals that the Grey Wardens used to be fabled griffon riders until the species became extinct during the Exalted Age. People native to where the griffons lived eventually joined the Grey Wardens and taught t♐hem to ride.
In Dragon Age: Last Flight, readers discover that the griffons didn't go extinct because of na🥃tural causes. A warden from the Exalted age had been told to put her griffons through the Joining which led to the griffons' corruption and eventual extinction. Even more amazing, the protagonist of the novel, Valaya, discovers that a few griffon hatchlings still remain. She manages to purge the Darkspawn taint from them, but nothing about griffo🍎ns has appeared in the games elsewise.
4 🧸 King Maric's True Fate 🥃
King Maric Theirin is a mysterious character in the video games as he is only alluded to in passing. Whether as the father of a bastard son, a white knight in shiniඣng armour, or a dutiful king of Ferelden. All the player can grasp is that he disappeared at sea when Alistair was young never to return again. In the graphic novels Dragon Age: Until We Sleep and The Silent Grove, fans discover that Maric is far less dead than previously 🍃assumed.
The Antivan Crows had actually kidnapped him and held him as a prisoner for years. Some believed that his blood (the blood of King Calenhad) could revive powerful dragons like 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:those fought by the Inquisitor. One Antivan Crow delivered Maric into the hands of a Tevinter magister (168澳洲幸运5开奖网:from where Dragon Age 4 is to be held) who used his pow🎐erful blood to power a blood magic device. In Dragon Age: The Silent Grove, readers meet Yavana, an Antivan Witch of the Wilds. She lives in the Tellari swamps there and features in many Antivan legends. In a short story called Callback, an envoy is sent to investigate what remains of the castle. Once there, the group finds that the previously glorious castle is now home to a demon calling itself The Regret of a God. They manage to send it back to the Fade and Divine Victoria proclaimཧs that the Inquisition is to be commended, but that no one is to return to Skyhold.
1 Solas' Next Move 🐎 ♉
By the end of Trespasser, players were left with more questions than answers about Solas' plan to restore the Elven empire and destroy the Veil (and about why he broke players' hearts after 🤡winninꦏg them over). Fans of the books, however, have been kept more up-to-date on 🌱his acti🔯vities in Thedas.
In two short stories, one called The Dread Wolf Take You and the other called Half Up Front, the reader learns that Solas has been gathering powerful magical items from around Thedas. One was called the Dumat's Folly which is said to be a piece of the Black City. The other was the lyrium idol which 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Meredith died clutching at the end of DA II.
