Dr Disrespect's photo is clearly a reference to the saying, "I'm playing chess while you're playing checkers", essentially saying that he's unbeatable.

Dr Disrespect's tweet didn't have anything else in it beyond that photo, so it's a little hard to guess what he's trying to say. From what's shown, though, it seems like he's trying to tease some sort of comeback and hinting that he's not done with his persona just yet. What that entails is anyone's guess, but considering Kick still hasn't banned him from the platform, it's possible that he's going to continue streaming there.
