In many survival games base-building is your best bet for a long life, and 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Don't Starve Together is no different. Later in the game, big builds will require a lot🍌 of loot, and mass production of basic materials means super efficient farms are necessary.
But with all the complicated mechanics, survivor boons, and creature interactions it can get overwhelming figuring out how best to streamline your mega-farms, and what the best layouts are. That's why this list provides ten of the most useful set-ups for farming those vital items, saving you time and resources in the late game.

Spider Loot
Monster Meat and Silk are used in so many recipes, and often you'll find you need stacks of them. One way to persuade Spiders to hand over their goods is to 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:play as Webber, the spider boy. Spiders are naturally neutral to him, and he can ea🐭sily befriend an entire nest by feeding one Spider some Monster Meat.
Plant a bunchജ of Spider Nests, and then feed at least one spider from half of the Nests. When you feint a hit on any Spider from the other Nests your friends will start a war on your behalf. You can then dart between the Spiders picking up their goodies.
If you don't fancy playing as Webber, then the Bunnymen are the way to go. Both Bunnymen and Spiders spawn in the evening and naturally aggro each other.
Bunnymen won't eat any of the Spider loot, but beware, the Spiders will chomp all the meat if you're not fast. Build at least eight Rabbit Hutches around one Spider Nest and pen them in together, and when morning comes you can safely pick up the spoils of the previous night.

Farm Plot Layouts
To ensure your Farm Plots remain balanced and all your crops are happy, it's best to plant certain plants beside each other to balance the nutrients. Each kind of plant also requires at least three of its kind nearby too, so always plant four or more of each crop closely.
If you keep them all happy, plants can grow to massive sizes and produce way more fruits and veggies꧂ when harvested. The best layouts include planting four Toma Root seeds in an L shape within a Plot a✃nd mirroring them with either four Potato or Eggplant seeds.
In Spring Carrots and Watermelon can balance each other too. For bigger farms, dig two Farm Plots side by side, and plant Toma Root seeds in columns of six, then six Peppers, and then ano♔ไther six Toma Roots.
You can replace this with Watermelon and Pomegranate, Toma Root and Draꦜgonfruit, or Water꧅melon and Onions.

Bunnymen Loot
If you want to farm regular Meat, then ditch the Spiders and replace them with Winona's Catapults. Bunnymen can drop Carrots, Bunny Puffs, and Meat, though they will sometimes eat the Carrots their friends drop.
Hammer down every Rabbit Hutch you find in the caves and rebuild them close together in a giant village. Erect a long wall to stop the Bunnymen from pathing to you, and then set up Winona's Catapults on your side of the wall.
When evening falls, turn on the Catapults, put a Meaꦏt product in your inventory, and stand behind your wall. The Bunnymen will aggro to you and run at the wall, and if you shoot one with a ranged weapon, the Catapults will start pummeling them.
In the late game, you can replace the Catapults with168澳洲幸运5开奖网: Houndius Shootius which doesn't require Gems and will attack anything that aggroes to you. When morning cꩵomes walk into the Bunnymen village and pick up the loot.
7 Bull Kelp
On the beaches of Pearl's Island and Lunar Island, there are Bull Kelp Fronds just lying around. These can be replanted anywhere in the Ocean, and every three days will grow more Bull Kelp, even during Winter.
This is a great source of filler and veggie🅰s year-round, and when hung up to dry, a decent source of Sanity, even for Wurt.
Pop down a Boat near the shore and plant the Fronds 🌜around its edge, adding more Boats for more spots to pla𝔉nt. You can then hop from Boat to Boat harvesting Kelp easily.
6
Berry Bush Set Up
If you've ever planted yourself a nice little Berry Bush farm to hold you over through Winter, then you know the pest that is Gobblers. They'll spawn from these Bushes and run through them, eating your precious Berries and sometimes killing the Bush.
However, you can use them to your benefit. Plant the Berry Bushes within a disc shape and build a small enclosure at the center. Put a Powdercake within the fenced-in area, and you're done.
Powdercakes will never spoil but attract Gobblers even better than Berries. When you harvest your Bushe🌄s the Gobblers will spawn and run up to the Powdercake, where you can harvest them for their delicious Drﷺumsticks.
5
Werepig Loot
Every full moon the Pigmen transform into their aggressive Werepig alter-ego, like168澳洲幸运5开奖网: the Nightmare Werepig boss underground. They attack absolutely everything, eat at an astonishing rate aꦏnd drop two Meats and a Pigskin consistently.
Knock down and rebuild all the Pig Houses you can find into a compact Pigman village, with a small walled-in enclosure in the middle. Be🐓fore closing it up, drop a Pigskin or Rot in there to attract the Pigmen.
🅠This wa♛y the Pigmen will never return to their houses and will be outside during the full moon. Once they transform you can kill them one by one easily, and you might take one or two hits from each Werepig so make sure you have healed.
4
Vargs And Hounds
So you're tracking a Suspicious Dirtpile and find yourself face to face with a Varg. Time to use this to your benefit! Using a Panflute, Sleep Darts, or Ice Staff put the Varg to sleep and build a pen around it with Fossils, Endtables, or Statues.
Alternatively, use a Telelocator Staff to teleport the Varg to an enclosure you've set up elsewhere. Walls won't work as the Vargs and Hounds can chew through them.
Using the same indestructible structures, build a perimeter around some Catapults or Houndius Shootius. The Vargs will howl and attract waves of Hound🌠s, including seasonal Hounds that drop Gems.
Set the automatic weapons to attack the Hounds, which will then try to destroy the weapons, and then you can walk around the Hounds, picking up their loot safely and endlessly. Add as many Vargs as you like🐎 for more Hounds.
3
Plenty Of Moonstone
By setting up the aforementioned Pig village around the Moon Stone and placing indestructible structures, such as Fossils and Endtables, to protect it, you can use your Pigman farm to also farm Moon Rocks. Every full moon, when the Werepigs spawn, you can instead choose to place a Star Caller's Staff in the Moon Stone and begin a Moon event.
Werepigs and Hounds will desperately try to destroy the Moon Stone for the entirety of the night. Once morning comes, the Moon Stone will transform the Staff into a Moon Caller's Staff, and the Werepigs will turn into Moon Rock statues, ready to harvest.
2
Gecko Grass
Sometimes Grass Tufts turn into Geckos, it's a fact of life. But these Geckos can be an even better source of Grass. By building a wall around your Grass Tuft farm and leaving Chester sat in the middle, when the Tufts turn into Geckos Chester will continuously terrify them, causing the Geckos to run and drop Grass.
The Geckos will regrow 🎉their Grass tails forever, and you can pick up Grass much more quickly.
1 ♛ Slurtle Slime Explosive
An alternative to expensive Gunpowder is Slurtle Slime, which is produced when Slurtles and Snurtles eat minerals. For some reason, Walter's Poop Pellets count as minerals and stack up to 60.
Collect Manure from Beefalos or by fe♐eding Lightbulbs to a Werepig and craft plenty of Pellets.
Locate groups of Slurtle Mounds in the Caves and drop the Pellets around them, then wait for the Slurtles to gobble them up. Slurtle Slime can be used to take down bosses quickly and safely and takes way fewer resouꦅrces 🌟than Gunpowder.
