Nintendo has announced three more games for its Switch Online service, one of which is the critically acclaimed 168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Donkey Kong Country.

Originally released on the SNES, Donkey Kong Country is the first in one of the most respected platforming video game franchises. Although the Super Mario series had perfected side-scrolling action, Donkey Kong Country added its own distinct flavor to the genre. The visuals were unique, featuring pre-rendered g🐼raphics instead of traditional sprites. That alone made it one of the most visually impressive games on the console.

Alongside the visuals and music, the core gameplay is what makes Donkey Kong Country memorable. It is more challenging than most 2D Super Mario titles, offering carefully-timed barrel jumps, and intense mine cart sequences. Donkey Kong Country's soundtrack is uniquely atmospheric. Players can never forget the music, from the opening DK Island Swing level, to King K. Rool's Gang Plank Galleon. It took 10 months, but fans will finally be able to revisit this classi💃c next week on their Nintendo Switch.

Nintendo Switch Online is adding to its library. revealed the new update on July 15 will feature two SNES games, and one NES title. Donkey Kong Country and Natsume Championship Wrestling will arrive on the SNES portion, while The Immortal is the lone NES title being added.

For those curious, instead of Natsume Championship Wrestling and The Immortal, the Japanese version of Nintendo Switch Online is getting the original Shin Megami Tensei, and Gun-Dec. Western players know Gun-Dec as Vice: Project Doom, which is actually already in the Western Nintendo Switch Online roster. The biggest release overall for subscribers is Donkey Kong Country. In fact, Nintendo released a "Classified Information" video highlighting some secrets in the game, such as how🐭 to acquire 50 lives at the start.

Nintendo certainly took its time in adding one of its most esteemed SNES titles. Now, the question is when the company will add Donkey Kong Country's two SNES sequels. Arguably, Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy Kong's Quest is su🤡perior to the🅰 first game, plus Dixie Kong makes her debut. Hopefully Nintendo won't keep fans waiting too long for more barrel-blasting action.
