Jodie Whitaker takes centre stage and does a fantastic job acting out the new personality of The Doctor whilst dealing with an alien that collects teeth as trophies and is killing others on Earth. It's a thrilling and fast-paced adventure that will have you loving the new Doctor.

From modern day Earth to 1612, this atmospheric episode centered around an alien that wants to possess the king of England and a witch hunt is another stanಞd out from Season 11. The Doctor does a great job leading the charge to stop the alien threat and the idea behind the episode is an exciting one that is an interesting take on history, with alien technology being interpreted as witchcraft.
It's a brilliant idea and a dark episode which can impress any fan of Doctor Who.
6 Spyfall Part 1 ❀
Spyfall Part 1 was Doctor Who turning into a spy movie, and it couldn't have gone any better. From a thrilling race to try and uncover a mystery associated with MI6 to a thrilling cliffhanger which reveals the return of The Master (now played by Sacha Dhawan), the first episode of the Spyfall two-parter is some of Doctor Who at its best.

It's surprising that it took this long for The Doctor to meet the mysterious inventor, and thankfully they utilise the chance greatly with an episode focused on Tesla, Edison and an alien queen who wishes to use Tesla for her own gains.
It's another fun episode that shines a light on Nikola Tesla and gets the show back to its educational roots by showcasing how important and intelligent the inventor was.

When it comes to shocking episodes of Doctor Who, Fugitive of the Judoon has to be up there. When the Judoon return to Earth and storm a small town in search of a fugitive that is hidden amongst the townspeople. Whittaker played the role ꦑwell, but a variety of factors made her an unlucky T✨hirteenth.
All the characters are pushed to the limit in this episode and tensions are high as this episode manages t🐟o reintroduce The Weeping Angels and make them truly terrifying again which is already a pretty big feat.

Nothing is better than a time loop story, and it's such a great idea to have one in Doctor Who. Although the best will probably always be Heaven Sent, Eve of the Daleks is still a great episode featuring The Doctor, Yaz, Dan and hopeless romantics Nick and Sarah who are all trying to save one another as they get trapped in a time loop with Daleks.
The group has to work together to make a trap and destroy the Daleks before the time loop ends. It's a fun idea and an entertaining story that could fit in any era of Doctor Who and still be just as entertaining.

Perhaps the best episode of the Thirteenth Doctor's tenure, The Haunting Of Villa Diodati has it all, gothic vibes, Mary Shelley and a host of other interesting historical characters in a haunted mansion. The episode has one of the Thirteenth Doctor's best speeches and Jodie Whitaker's best performance as well as a fun dynamic between the companions and the other characters whilst fitting in an ominous story that ends in a great cliffhanger.
It's extremely well written, has great dialogue, memorable performances and a haunting atmosphere that makes it one of the best episodes.
