In Introduction to Evil, Robin Hood must be played immediately to Sherwood For𝓀est. Any other Fate cards during this action are discarded. When Robin Hood isﷺ defeated, he is sent to The Jail.

Little John is also alte෴red to 🦋reduce the Power Prince John gains from each card or action by 1 Power.

Strengths And Weaknesses

The benefit to playing Prince John is that cards are relatively affordable to play. The Costs are usually quite low when compared to other villains. The drawback, however, is that Heroes are difficult to Vanquish–and some will even steal your Power.

The Realm he has is designed to help Prince John earn Power, but it can easily be turned against you when Fated. Almost all locations that allow you to Gain Power have the action 𒅌in one of the upper two slots, which can be covered w💎hen Heroes are played.

You'll want to play Allies and Items that help you earn more Power to make up for🍬 any potenti😼al losses that will occur in the future.

Thankfully, your only trouble comes from the other players at the table. If they choose to Fate you constantly, you're in for a bad time. However, if you keep your plans under wraps, you can lay traps and silently take the lead.

Prince John Strategy And Tips

Prince John's only goal is to gain as much Power as he can (and defeat Robin Hood in 👍the Introduction To Evil rendition) as quickly as possible. To do so, you'll need to play both the offensive and defensive, lest your opponent♛s Fate you beyond recovery.

For example, rushing to grab Power can leave you in a bad spot if you find your Realm littered with Heroes and no way to be rid of them. Instead, follow these tips to help assure ꦜyour place as the baddest villain of them all!

• Place Warrants when you can and use the Sheriff of Nottingham to prepare for any Fate cards.
• While you don't necessarily want to be Fated, you can use it to your advantage to gain more Power quickly.
• Play King Richard's Crown to Friar Tuck's Church to reduce the Cost of cards played when at that location.
• Greed is useful, so keep one in hand in case of emergency.
• Defeat King Richard and Robin Hood as quickly as possible–spare no expense to be rid of them.
