Disney clearly had a vision for The Acolyte beyond a single season, and not only because it left loose threads in season one's finale, including the tease of a character who Star Wars fans know, but their connection to the show wasn't even hinted at, let alone explained. I guess we'll never know who that little guy in the credits scene was either. Other than those season two teasers, Disney also released lines of Funko Pops and action figures based on characters from the show, collectibles it's now choosing to pretend don't exist.
