168澳洲幸运5开奖网:Disney Lorcana players are likely already stretching their F5 fingers this week in preparation for Wednesday. That’s when tickets for the first Disney Lorcana Challenge of Season 2 will go live. Last Friday, it was revealed on the official Lorcana discord server th💝at tickets for both October DLCs in Bologna and Milwaukee will go on sale at 9am PT on Wednesday. First come,𒊎 first served.
With just 2,048 spots available for the first North American෴ and European DLCs since late 2024, it’s likely the demand will far exceed the supply. And without any kind of lottery system, players have nothing to rely on but the luck and𒁃 stability of Pastimes Events' website. Suffice to say, Wednesday’s sale is going to cause a tremendous amount of disappointment for Lorcana players around the world.
The FOMO Of All FOMOs
You’ve probably grown used to a little disappointment now and then if you’ve been playing Disney Lorcana from the beginning. Getting your hands on🤡 product during the first two sets was a major challenge.
And speaking as someone who spent every lunch break checking Target and Walmart 🦩for restocks, a dose of disappointment became part of꧅ my daily routine.
But missing your chance to compete or attend a Disney Lorcana Challenge (DLC) is a whole other level of disappointment. For those who play competitively, attending (competing) at a DLC is your opportunity to prove that all the time and money you’ve invested in this hobby has paid off. It’s how yo﷽u measure your growth as a player and work toward tangible goals.
For everyone else, this is our opportunity to connect with the L🎶orcana community face to face. DLCs are so much more than tournaments. For many, particularly those living in areas with small or non-existent local fanbases, DLCs are a crucial social aspect of Lorcana.
We can’t forget to mention the disappointment of all the disappointments so far: when the first World Championship was closed to all a🍃ttendees except for the players and their plus ones.
Almost all ten DLC events across North America and Europe in 2024 sold out, me𒉰aning that there were people who would have gone to the tournament if they could have, but they weren’t lucky enough to get a ticket. Between those ten events, almost 18,0ও00 tickets were sold, and it still wasn’t enough to meet demand. After a year of waiting, players in North America and Europe will have only one opportunity to play a DLC on their continent, with just 2,048 tickets available for each. It’s likely that more players won’t be able to get a ticket for Bologna and Milwaukee than those who will.
What You Need To Know Before Wednesday’s Ticket Sale
There are some things you can do to prepare if you’re hoping to get into DLC Bologna or DLC Milwaukee. First, make sure you’ve bookmarked and familiarized yourself with . There’s a placeholder about halfway down the page for Badge Registration, which is where the link for tickets will likely appe♛ar.
Make sure🃏 you’re on thꦏis page before tickets go on sale at 9am PT. Consider also creating an account for Pastimes Events in case it helps speed up the process.
Know that competitor badges always sell out before attendee badges, so if just being there is what’s most important to you, you might be better off going straight for an attendee badge when the sale starts, rather than starting with the competitor badge, failing, and then being too late to get an attendee badge.
Be aware that ticket prices have increased. Competitor Badges are now $75, up from $50 last year, while attendee badges have increased from $20 to $25. While the prize wal✅l will have a wider selection, be prepared for adjustments to prize ticket rewards in the main event as well, now that matches will be best-of-three.
Most importantly, remember to have empathy for your fellow Illumineers. For every social media post someone shares their excitement that they managed to score a ticket, there will be five more from frustrated players who feel like their investment and dedication to Lorcana aren’t being res🔯pected.
Try to give others grace when they’re venting, and if you’re one of the lucky ones, try not to lash out at others. Above all, don’t turn your ire towar๊ds any individual developers at Ravensburger. Lorcana players are better than that.
DLCs might be more limited in your region this season, but there will still be opportunities to gather with the community and play in high-stakes tournaments. During last week’s Lorecast we learned that 24 championship invites will be given to third-party Challenge Championships Qualifiers, and thಞat these tournaments will be spread throughout North America and Europe, including potentially Canada and Mexico.
DLCs are not the end-all be-all for competitive Lorcana in 2025, though I understand how desperate everyone feels about Wednesday’s ticket sale. I feel it too. But don’t 🦩let it define you as a player, either. Do yꦏour best, and may luck be with all Illumineers.
